3 1. General EOS = Electronic Order System This system allows you to electronically send an order. The order list is then automatically treated at Reynaers. 2. Configuration The EOS system must first be configured to be able to run it. There are 2 configurations: Local & Server A. Local Installation: When using EOS the first time, the Configuration Wizard will appear automatically after clicking on button Order System in the Main Menu of ReynaPro. 1. B. Server installation: FIRST STEP: Create a folder EOS inside the folder REYNAPRO, on the server. Then Install/Run the Firebird file (Firebird-1.5.4.4910-0-Win32) on the server.

It s a zip file so you might need to extract the.exe file and run it by double clicking on it. Find this file on the Reynaers Intranet: On the webpage go to Services Reynaers Software Group EN. Then select REYNAPRO in the list on the left side of the screen and go to point 11, Software download. SECOND STEP: 1. In this wizard first click Next Reynaers Aluminium NV 5

2. Select Server and click Finish to return to the Additional Settings window 2 Activate Server then define the fields Name and Path (See screenshot).

7 3. How to order a project using EOS 3.1. Order by Order System This function sends a project to the order module to enable an electronic order. 1. Go to the Main Menu screen of ReynaPro See Point Reynaers Aluminium NV 7

Select the printout settings you desire and click on Display, you automatically enter the Order System window. 3 REMARK: If you haven t done an estimation of your project ReynaPro will ask you to do an estimation. In this window you can also do it by clicking Estimation Data to alter the Estimation Data. If you do so it will give you the Estimation Data window, after entering the estimation data and advancing through the Estimation Data wizard it will display the estimation printout. Click Main Menu to move on to the EOS Order window as you see above and than click Display to move on to Order System (See 3.2) Reynaers Aluminium NV 9

10 3.2. Order System In Order System you will create, edit or delete an order and send it electronically. You can always access the Order System window by clicking on the Order System button in the ReynaPro Main Menu screen. Order, View, Options REMARK: It s possible to copy an existing project and give it a new number. Click on the project to select it then click on the right mouse button and click on copy in the drop down menu Reynaers Aluminium NV 10

The FTP-Server field is most important if you want to send your order to the FTP-server. Enter ftp.reynaers.com FTP Base-Path: Always enter / (Slash) User Name and Password: both are provided by our ICT department after sending an application form. Ask an application to your Reynaers affiliate. Partial delivery allowed: Gives you the possibility to receive supplies in multiple shipments. Reply Confirmation of the arrival of the electronic order will be send to you to that address. If this is your first order enter 1 in Next Order Number field, from this point on the software will give you the Next Order Number automatically. So we strongly advise you not to change this value after the first set up. 3. Click on Ok when finished Reynaers Aluminium NV 11

If you double click on the order number you will enter the OrderScreen (see 3.2.5.).

Sent: Gives you an overview of the orders that have been sent.

You can also click on right mouse button and choose Edit. In the Order Screen (see 3.2.5.

Confirmed. Delivered: Gives you an overview of the orders that have been delivered, or partly delivered.

15 Sent: Gives you an overview of the orders that have been sent. If you double click on the order number (highlighted in blue) you will enter the Order Screen. You can also click on right mouse button and choose Edit. In the Order Screen (see ) mark Receive confirmation when you have received a confirmation that your order has arrived, the order will be placed under Confirmed. Delivered: Gives you an overview of the orders that have been delivered, or partly delivered. By clicking on Create Delivery Note and creating a delivery note you will move the order from the tab Sent to Delivered Delivery Notes In Delivery Notes you will have a view of the orders of which a Delivery Note has been created, in other words of the orders that have been delivered to you Reynaers Aluminium NV 15

3.2.5. Order Screen In this screen you can edit, delete or add items to your order list and then send it electronically. All these manipulations are done with the buttons on the bottom of the screen.

Click on the first article you want to select then hold down the SHIFT key and click on the last article you want to select. ReynaPro will automatically select all articles between the first and last selection. CTRL: You can also use the CTRL key to select mutiple articles Click on the first article and then hold down the CTRL key and click on the other articles you want to select. Right mouse button: Click on the right mouse button to open a drop down menu. First select an article or multiple articles using SHIFT key or CTRL key then click on the right mouse button to open the drop down menu. 19 4. How to Manualy order articles using EOS 4.1. Order System When you are in the main menu of ReynaPro click on the button Order System Reynaers Aluminium NV 19

20 The window of EOS (or Order System) will open. There are 2 ways to order articles independently from the projects: 1. Click on Order (top left of screen) then select New in the drop down menu Reynaers Aluminium NV 20

2. Click on the button New (Top left of the screen) In both cases the order window will open. In this window you can add profiles, accessories, hardware.
