21 STREAMING START - RTP Decoder is always listening. Streaming is started by the encoder 21

22 1 The phone, via the PBX, request a call to the decoder and it is automatically answered STREAMING START - SIP Once the call is answered, audio is streamed in RTP from the phone to the decoder 2 22
