2 Procedure 1. Install hardware option cards. 1. Proxy option Card : AJ-YDX30, Wireless Module: AJ-WM30 2. Get ACTIVE.LST 3. Detail Procedure to get Activation Code 4. Camera setting 1. Streaming Setting 2. Note for Streaming 1. Streaming Mode, Delay, Setting Table 5. Trouble Shooting 1. PC, Mac, iphone nor ipad cannot connect with HPX Network setting is OK. But WEB browser doesn t display anything. 3. Forget URL(IP ADDRESS), SSID or Encrypt Key (Network Key). 4. Forget Username or Password. 5. No streaming picture appears. The display is black. 6. Streaming is OK in case of iphone but it is NG in case of Windows and vice versa. 7. Cannot control Rec/Start by iphone (ipad, PC, Mac). 8. I want to see streaming by VLC player.

4 AG-SFU601G package 3.Get ACTIVE.LST Paper Key Code + CDROM Manual 1. Export the device information to SD card. Device information 2. Get ACTIVE.LST from WEB Device information & Key code WEB Copy ACTIVE.LST To private/meigroup/pavcn/sbg/ p2sd/actv/ 3. Import the activation code Insert SD card which has ACTIVE.LST 4.Restart. 5. Check Activation List [ACTIVATE] - [ACTIVATION LIST]

21 4-2. Network Setting [OPERATION] - [DEVICE SETUP] - [WLAN] Set IP ADDRESS, SSID, ENCRYPT KEY (Network Key). <Note> [WLAN] item doesn t display if WLAN MODE is OFF. You can register new user, delete user and change password at USER SETTING.

25 Streaming Mode There are 2 modes of Streaming. 1. HTTP ipad/iphone/ipod touch Max 1 device can be connected at the same time 2. RTP PC (Win/Mac) Max 3 devices can be connected at the same time Note: *Available Proxy Mode 1.LOW 2CH MOV(800kbps) (1080) Resolution: , (NTSC) Resolution: , (PAL) Resolution: HQ 2CH MOV(1.5Mbps) Resolution: SHQ/STD/HQ are not available. *Setting Limitation You cannot use PRE REC mode in case of streaming mode.

26 Streaming Delay The delay depends on setting. 1.The shortest delay mode 1.Use Windows PC and set Proxy REC to OFF 2.Delay: 1.2sec Note: This means you cannot record Proxy file. The other modes If you use other devices or settings, the delay will be 4~5 seconds or more.

27 Proxy Streaming Setting Table About Streaming Settings: There are some limitation for Proxy Streaming. Please note that you cannot use Proxy Streaming if PROXY REC MODE is SHQ/STD/HQ or BOTH of PROXY REC and PRE REC are ON. Please see the table. About Delay : The delay varies depends on conditions. To experience the shortest delay, please use Windows PC and set Proxy REC =OFF. The delay can be 1.2sec. If you use other devices or settings, the delay will be 3sec or more. But, please note these values are not guaranteed. They change depends on conditions. Before using Proxy streaming, please confirm that the delay is stable and short enough in your actual environment. 28 AG-HPX600 Wireless and LAN System Trouble Shooting Refer to HPX3100 s FAQ at PASS 1. PC, Mac, iphone nor ipad cannot connect with HPX Network setting is OK, but browser doesn t display anything. 3. Forget URL(IP Address),SSID, IP Address or Encrypt Key (Network Key). 4. 29 1. PC, Mac, iphone nor ipad cannot connect with HPX600 Check if NETWORK SEL is WLAN or LAN. [PC/USB/LAN] [NETWORK SEL] [WLAN] or [LAN] [PC/USB/LAN] [NETWORK SEL] [WLAN or LAN] Set to 1. ON or 2 ON(+REC) If you want to control camera s REC/START [PC/USB/LAN] [P2 BROWSE] [ON or ON(+REC)]

30 2. Network setting is OK. But WEB browser doesn t display anything. Setting of iphone or ipad may have problems. Try to forget this network setting of Wi-Fi or clear History, Cookies or Cache.

Forget URL(IP ADDRESS),SSID, Encrypt Key(Network Key) [OPERATION] - [DEVICE SETUP] - [WLAN] You can check IP ADDRESS or SSID, ENCRYPT KEY (Network Key) <Note> [WLAN] items are not displayed when the wireless LAN function on the P2 Cam is not enabled. Enable the wireless LAN function of the P2 Cam following [Enable the wireless LAN function] [PC/USB/LAN] [NETWORK SEL] [WLAN or LAN]

32 4. Forget Username or Password. [OPERATION] - [DEVICE SETUP] - [WLAN] [USER SETTING] You can check Username or Password. [guest] is registered in the factory setting. Password is [p2guest]

33 5. No streaming picture appears. The display is black. Check Camera Main Menu [RECORDING SETUP] [PRE REC MODE] [OFF] [PC/USB/LAN] [REC MODE] must be as follows. LOW 2CH MOV(800kbps) or HQ 2CH MOV(1.5Mbps) [STREAMING MODE] must be as follows. HTTP (iphone/ipad/ipod touch) or RTP: PC (Win/Mac) [PROXY SETTING] [REC MODE] [PROXY SETTING] [STREAMING MODE]

34 6.Streaming is OK in case of iphone but it is NG in case of Windows and vice versa. Streaming Mode is different. So you cannot use both Windows and iphone. 1. 36 8. I want to see streaming by VLC player. Only ver can work. Please download from the following URL. win32.exe Procedure: 1. Start up VLC media player. 2. Select [Media] [Open Network Stream] 3. Please input the following setting at Please enter a network URL [rtsp:// :554/video.264] (Note: Change IP address to your camcoder s IP address.) 4. Play back by Play button. If you can see X mark on the left on the top, please check the following items. 1. Did you install VLC player? 2. Did you check [ActiveX Plugin] when you install VLC player? 3. Did you permit to execute add-on (VLS Plugin) when you open VLC player? If not, please permit it. (One time permission is enough.)
