19 SIP Server SIP-Server is a way of connecting a matrix to phone lines (PSTN, Public Switched Telephone Network). SIP is a modern digital protocol, Session Initiation Protocol, for setting up phone calls. It uses IP. The interface to the PSTN is often via a PBX, a Private Branch Exchange (RTS uses the Avaya phone system, so there is an Avaya PBX in the basement somewhere). 17

34 FCC Waiver is Permanent for Tx below 600MHz We conclude that extending the existing waiver of the Commission s rules to permit nuclear power plants the continued use of spectrum in the core TV bands would serve the public interest. Consequently, we hereby grant a permanent waiver of the Commission s rules to allow the continued use of wireless headsets at nuclear power plants, under the same conditions as the current waiver 30
