4 I ZOO range Overview ZOO Paradise The ZOO range of vibrators is here to awaken your wild nature and playful imagination. The ZOO Collection includes the following exciting animal-motif products: the (Dolphin) Couple s Smart Vibrator; the (Whale) Smart Bead; the (Giraffe) Smart Vibrator; the (Rhino) Smart Pulsator, the (Gazelle) AV Smart Vibrator; and the (Manta ray) Smart Vibrator for Men. This adorable range is designed for an enhanced pleasure experience and gives users a choice of six different ways to have fun, fully integrated through the ZOO App. IMTOY invites you to experience the ZOO paradise! 4

5 II Getting started 1. ZOO s App downloads ZOO s exclusive App is available for ios and Android operating system. You may down load ZOO s App via the following two options: Before downloading the App, please visit us at for compatibility information. (1)By scanning the QR code found on the outer box or in the User Manual and following the onscreen instructions. (2)Visit us at and go to App downloads to scan the QR code. 2. Registration You can choose to set up a password or personal registration information once the App is downloaded. 3. Charging (1)First rinse your device under running water and dry it using a clean cloth. (2)Please only use the ZOO collection's exclusive magnetic power cable. (3)Connect the power cable and start charging. The light will flash while charging. A complete charge takes 5 hours and will be indicated by the power light remaining on constantly. 4. How to use Intelligent control via your smart device 5

6 (1) Open the App on your smart device and turn the Bluetooth on. Hold the zoo power button in for 1 second to pair with your device. The light will flash while the Bluetooth is searching for a connection and will stay on once successfully connected. (2) On the 16-mode options page, you can choose between a single-vibration mode or a multiple-vibration combination (limited to 4 modes of vibration at a time). You can also choose other special functions, such as the orgasm-inducing button, interactive syncing with videos and music, adjustable vibration levels via microphone, shake, and or customizable vibration frequencies. (3) Apply an appropriate amount of safe, water-soluble lubricant to the device. (4) Enjoy your journey through the ZOO p aradise with your lover(s). Other things you need to know: 1) Make sure that the Bluetooth is on while personalizing the device via the App. 2) If your phone locks while using the device, it will continue in the last vibration mode selected; If you exit the App, the Bluetooth connection will automatically disconnect. 3) No record is kept by the microphone or sketch function. Manual control (Smart device not necessary) After turning the device on, you can press the button to switch between vibration modes. 5. 7 Uploading video and/or audio files from your computer to the device The ZOO collection continues exploring the advanced world of interactive syncing with music and video files. Let you ears and eyes dance! Follow these steps: 1. For Android users 1 Audio streaming a. When you see the song list, click "add a song" c. The App will automatically search all audio files on your device. Once the search process is completed, you can add the song(s) you want to the list. 2 Video streaming a. Select the video option in the App b. When you see video list, click "add a video" c. The App will automatically search all video files on your device. Once the search process is completed, you can add the video(s) you want to the list. Before video/audio streaming, please ensure you have these files on your phone. If you don't have any video or audio files, please connect your phone to the computer via USB to import these files. Please note that ZOO only recognises 'mp4' video file formats and "mp3" audio file formats. 2. For ios users a. Connect your phone to the computer via USB. b. Open itunes on your computer. c. Select "iphone". d. Select "Apps" in the right-hand column e. Scroll down to find "File Sharing". Select "Zoo". 7

8 f. Select "Add" to stream audio and video files to your phone. Please note that ZOO only recognises 'mp4' video file formats and "mp3" audio file formats. 8

9 The warranty 1 Warranty Instructions (1) Please keep The IMTOY Warranty Card (referred to as the warranty card ) safe. (2) We guarantee the IMTOY branded hardware product and accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in materials when used in accordance with Giraffe s user manual. With the warranty card, you will be able to receive any required services or replacements for free available under the One Year Limited Warranty for Giraffe. (3)One-year warranty period is valid from the date of original purchase, according to your purchase receipt. 2. What is Not Covered By This Warranty 1When you can't provide the original and official warranty card or receipt. 2Damage that is caused by accident or improper use, such as improper operation, water/liquid damage, scratches or cracks from dropping the device, or damage caused by pets or animals. 3Normal wear and tear (i.e wear of the outer casing or charging cable). 4Battery is included under 'normal wear and tear'. Battery life will reduce over time at a rate that is closely related to the environment, the device situation and how you operate it. 5Damage caused by repairs made by anyone who is not an IMTOY representative. 6Any damage caused by non-original parts or software. 7Distributors and retailers are solely responsible for any free gifts or promotions offered and these are not covered by IMTOY. 8Any damage resulting from natural disasters. 9

10 Information on Safety and Use 1. Important safety information Warning: Failure to follow the following safety instructions could result in fire, electric shock, injury, damaged to ZOO or other property. Please ready carefully before using Giraffe. (1) Handling 1 Please handle Giraffe with care. It is made of skin-friendly silicon with sharp ABSelectroplated outer casing and has sensitive electronic components inside. Dismantling or tampering with it will void the warranty. 2 ZOO can be damaged if dropped, burned, punctured or crushed, or if it comes in contact with corrosive liquids. Do not use a damaged ZOO as it may cause injury. 3 After cleaning ZOO, please place it into the concave part of the case to protect it from scratching, dust and bacteria build up. (2 ) Repairing 1 Do not open ZOO and do not try to repair ZOO yourself as it may cause injury and will invalidate the warranty. 2 Any repairing service performed by a non-authorised service provider will not be covered by the warranty. If ZOO is damaged or malfunctions, please contact our customer service. You may visit us at for more information. (3) Battery 1 Don t attempt to replace the ZOO battery yourself as you may damage it, which could cause overheating and injury and will not be covered by the warranty. 2 The lithium-ion battery in ZOO should be replaced only by IMTOY or an authorised service provider and must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. 10

11 (4)Chagring: 1 Please charge ZOO with the original USB cable. Note: ZOO uses a USB cable for charging instead of an AC adapter. (The USB port has to meet the following requirements: USB-IF Battery Charging Spec, Rev 1.2.) 2 Do not charge ZOO in a high humidity environment. (5) Prolonged heat exposure 1 ZOO and its power adapter comply with applicable surface temperature standards and limits. But, even within these limits, sustained contact with warm surface for long periods of time may cause damage. Avoid situations where your skin is in contact with ZOO or its power adapter when it s operating or plugged into a power source for long periods of time. 2 When ZOO plugged into a power source. It s important to keep ZOO adapter in a well-ventilated in use or charging. (6) Important: Please do not share your ZOO with other people to against infection. 2. Important handling information 1)Do not dismantle the device as this will damage the unit, making it unsafe to use and voiding the warranty. 2)Please keep food and liquids away from the casing for hygiene reasons. 3)Please do not attempt to dry your device with any heat-generating device such as a microwave or hairdryer. 4)Always keep the device in its storage bag to maintain hygiene. 5) Do not expose the device to any extreme temperatures. Keep it indoors and out of direct sunlight. 6)Please only charge your device between the temperatures of 32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (or 0 to 40 degrees Celsius) only using the exclusive ZOO USB charging cable. If the cable was lost or damaged, please contact IMTOY's customer service department. 11

12 Important: You may not be able to use ZOO if the interior temperature is too high. If ZOO can t regulate its internal temperature, it will stop working. In this situation, move ZOO to a cooler location out of direct sunlight and wait a few minutes before trying to use ZOO. If ZOO does not work again you may contact our customer service department.
