4 Main Conditions of Use Each kit is only available in conjunction with one of the basic kits (Red Epic kit, Sony FS7 II kit, Blackmagic 4k kit and Video VR kit). The kit cannot be modified, integrated or altered in its parts. All equipment can only be used by the crow included in the kit; the use by third parties is possible only after permission and in presence of our technical staff. The price remains valid only for filming to be carried out in the territory of Basilicata region(italy) and in any case within a radius of no more than 100 Km from the city of Potenza. The price includes the value of the transport. Board and lodging for our staff, parking and ZTL for our vehicles are charges borne by the client. The warehousing and the storage of all the equipment during the laying days are responsibility of the client. Their damage and/or theft, even if only part of them, will result in a charge equal to the value of the repair or of the purchase. The working hours of the technical staff involved must be agreed in advance and in any case it cannot be more than 9 working hours per day, with 1 hour break.
