2 MVI ENGINEERING Conference Automation MVI engineering has been founded on a broad idea: Improve the automation in meetings where DCN-NG conference systems are used. This is done through our offerings: by helping with the preparation of meeting in the conference system using simple Excel files, by automatically showing live meeting information (voting results) to hall displays and by automatically generating detailed reports of attendance and voting sessions in PDF or PowerPoint at the end of each meeting. In addition we offer an automated solution that connects directly to the conference system and shows your LIVE camera footage, including the name, title and political logo of any speaker that just pressed its microphone button, and make a full HD video recording of it. By offering modern features and automation, we allow users of the system to walk into a meeting using a conference system and concentrate on the contents of the meeting, instead of technical things. Show the live camera feed with the current speaker name in High Definition video. Supports the TV-One HD-SDI switch, or use the PC to switch multiple cameras. Support up to 8 dome cameras. (One-time) Configuration and control using a virtual PC based keyboard. Camera Joystick control Support for the Everfocus EKB 200 Joystick keyboard. No need for keyboard, mouse or control-screen in order to control the cameras. 6 PRE-MEETING MANAGER - Meeting and Voting preperation in Excel - Features: Preparing meetings for the DCN-SW software made easy by preparing meetings in an Excel document. Use a Default spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel and OpenOffice to create to manage meetings, delegates in the meeting, seat assigment and voting sessions Example Excel File, including fixed seat assignment Backup meetings, voting sessions and delegates back to an Excel document. Deviate from the standard yes/no/abstain voting by allowing multiple-choice answers for voting (*) (**) Use it as a delegate database manager for the Bosch DCN-SWSMV software suite The Pre Meeting Manager acts a meeting and delegate database for the Bosch DCN-SWSMV software suite and will allow for Delegate-seat assignments Prepare voting sessions for the DCN-SWSMV suite (**) Use it to directly connect to the Central Control Unit using the Open Interface The Pre Meeting Manager acts a meeting and delegate database to directly connect to the Bosch system using the Bosch Open Interface. Multiple templates can be created, to allow switching between displayed templates. Allows a free-sized Meeting Presenter window in the presentation (for Bar/pie graph, speaker information, Remote-Desktop sharing, ) Split over multiple screens (Parliaments, large rooms). Editor: Create your own templates that match your own meeting room. Import and export functionality. Prevents overlapping names, by allowing the user to configure per seat: the delegate name, the name location, the used font, font size, font color, font glow and even angle of the name.
