8 Process generators type B/C New power generating module (PGM) Type B/C Complete the power generating module document (with a statement of compliance) per power generating module Relevant system operator Receive the PGMD Issue a FON (Final Operational Notification) Based on the RfG NC, Power generating module document may contain: evidence of an agreement on the protection and control settings itemized statement of compliance detailed technical data of the power generating module equipment certificates issued by an authorized certifier for Type C power generating modules, simulation models compliance test reports demonstrating steady-state and dynamic performance, including use of actual measured values during testing studies demonstrating steady-state and dynamic performance The information to provide will be determined and discussed in the related topics. 9 Operational notification procedure EON-ION-FON Procedure applicable to: Generators of type D Demand facilities CDS Distribution systems Compliance to demonstrate to: The relevant system operator Energisation Operational Notification (EON) Energisation of the internal network by using the network connection Interim Operational Notification (ION) Operate by using the network connection for a limited period of time Final Operational Notification (FON) Operate by using the network connection Elia proposal: modifications of the connection contract and it will impact the TR and SOK 9

10 Operational notification procedure - Requirements Energisation Operational Notification (EON) Interim Operational Notification (ION) Final Operational Notification (FON) - fulfilment TSO requirements - agreement on protection & control - Data and study review process - TSO may request: interim statement of compliance detailed technical data equipment certificates simulation models studies demonstrating expected steady-state and dynamic performance details of intended practical method of completing compliance tests - Removal of all incompatibilities - Data and study review process - TSO may request statement of compliance update of the applicable technical data, simulation models and studies including the use of actual measured values during testing The requested information will contain at least what is asked currently. 10
