18 Objective of the Position Paper To have a common understanding within Users Group of the necessary rules constituting a federal framework for CDS To guide drafting work for modifications in federal grid code regarding CDS: Not yet detailed rules (see next steps) Guidelines for developing a coherent set of rules at federal level, taken into account fact that CDS grids are mostly mix (they are situated at F & R levels) New title for CDS in the Federal Grid Code, based on existing rules (PVNTR, Appendix 14 of Elia access contract, current practices of existing CDS) Not covering the (connection) NCs elements related to the CDS Position Paper CDS Users Group 21/9//
