4 Notes and Exclusions 1. This quotation is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. 2. Designs submitted by APC are proposals only. They must be reviewed and by the audio consultant, installing contractor and/or supervising structural engineer for final approval. 3. Designs submitted by APC are based upon, among other sources; loudspeaker manufacturer s published data. APC makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of the published information and can not be held responsible for physical changes made by loudspeaker manufacturers. It is the responsibility of the audio consultant or installing contractor to independently verify that the loudspeaker information is current and accurate. 4. Unless otherwise specified, all hardware and other rigging equipment necessary to attach APC products to a building or structure are not included. 5. It is the audio consultant, installing contractor and/or supervising structural engineer s responsibility in selecting the proper location and methods used in installing APC products in any building or structure. They should be knowledgeable with all current rigging techniques, safety requirements and with the proper use, methods and techniques of commonly used rigging components, fasteners and related materials and equipment. 6. APC strongly recommends that audio consultants and installing contractors set up a schedule of regular inspections of the installed rigging equipment to monitor the affects of weather, vibration and environmental issues that may affect the long range durability of their installations. Although lesser values can be considered acceptable, Allen Products Co. designs rigging systems to a minimum of 10:1 design factor, which is the ratio between a component's ultimate yield point and its working load.
