3 Introduction The Intel NUC is a Mini PC with the power of a desktop that includes features for entertainment, gaming and productivity in a 4 x 4 form factor. The benefit of Intel NUC, is that it is a piece of customized computing product in a kit that includes a customizable board and chassis that are ready to accept the memory, storage drive and operating system of your choice. A small computer, with a full suite of uses in Home Entertainment, Gaming, Productivity and Digital Signage. It has the flexibility for future growth due to its portable size and ease of installation, the Intel NUC makes it easy to add devices and scale up rapidly based on changing productivity needs. Powered by Ingram Micro s state of the art configuration centre that specialises in configuring server class products, partners can be assured that the I.M. BUILT NUC is a server class build. 6 Sales and Training Tools A complete Intel NUC configuration guide is available to download for any reseller who would want to provide a complete Intel NUC system configuration quotation for their customer on the spot, or they can contact our sales team for a complete configured solution. The configuration guide is available from Ingram Micro online as well as available on the intranet for any Ingram Micro staff member to download. It is extremely simple to use and can provide a complete configuration solution quotation in less than 5 minutes. Configuration service: Build without OS (Operating System) installation This is for hardware configuration ONLY. NUC will be assembled with necessary parts in the order, mainly RAM, HDD or SSD and the completed NUC unit will be handled with full Hardware testing. Warranty Obligation IMA (Ingram Micro Australia) only processes the warranty for the individual part, not for the whole NUC system Customers are entitled to Back to Base warranty*² NUC unit and all the parts inside come with standard manufacture warranty It s the customer s responsibility to detect faulty parts *¹, Please ONLY add necessary parts for the build in the order, any other non-related Build SKU might delay the process. *², If the customer chooses not to purchase with extended warranty option, the customer has to cover the freight for the faulty component part of the NUC system (only the faulty parts) back to IMA 4. Warranty Maintenance Service Peace of mind post sales warranty maintenance service options. These are available for any Intel NUC complete system at time of purchase from Ingram Micro at a very competitive price.
