The 16 full HD VAIO Display Premium brings entertainment to life with the best in class 3D picture quality that is optimised for comfortable, flicker-less viewing powered by a 2 nd generation Intel Core i7 Quad core processor and NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M GPU. Advanced 3D technology In contrast with passive polarised 3D screens, the new VAIO F Series uses frame sequential method with LED backlit control and a pair of active shutter glasses the similar sophisticated technology used with BRAVIA 3D TV. This ensures sharper, brighter images with a super-fast response time and a wide viewing angle. Frame Sequential method alternately displays full HD (1920 x 1080) 3D images for left and right eyes at up to an extra-smooth 240fps high frame rate. In addition, disparity control function reproduces 3D images comfortably with its display dimension. 2 Versatile 3D features The new VAIO F Series comes with a variety of 3D features that provide more ways for users to enjoy their favourite entertainment. Native-supported 3D content includes movies on Blu-ray Disc, NVIDIA 3D Vision ready games and videos. Users can also enjoy 3D images captured with select Cyber-shot digital cameras by Sony. Moreover, 2D movies on Blu-ray Disc or DVD can be instantly converted to simulated 3D video at the touch of a 3D button. Also users can effortlessly connect the PC to a compatible HDTV with 3D via its HDMI output for a larger viewing experience on 3D Blu-ray Disc movies.
