1 GTX Corp Personnel/Equipment Tracking System (PETS) Systems Overview A wide-area tracking system in the ISM 900MHz band, with 256-bit AES encryption, and up to 40-mile line-of-sight range with high-gain antennas. The system comprises of: 1. Combined Transmitter Unit (CTU) with maximum 1-Watt transmission power 2. A repeater (RPT) with Solar Panel and Extended Battery 3. A receiver (RCV) 4. PETS Converter software for TECCS File Format Output The system is a GPS-and-RF personnel, vehicle and asset tracking solution designed to provide ground situational awareness and real-time surveillance of all personnel and equipment traveling within a designated area, ranging from square-miles, based on hardware deployment. Repeaters extend the range and minimize dead zones, while solar and extended battery allow deployment to areas without existing power sources. The hardware is made in the USA, in downtown Los Angeles, which maximizes quality control and timely maintenance. In addition, the system utilizes custom-made firmware created by GTX Corp, which has over 15 years of experience in the Location-Based Services (LBS) industry. 1 of 5

2 Parts Overview 1. Combined Transmitter Unit GTX-CTU101 Combined Transmitter Unit (CTU) can be configured to operate as either Personal Transmitter Unit (PTU) or Vehicle Transmitter Unit (VTU). Low power hardware provides 10+ hours of continuous use, even on the highest power and update rates. Provides 9 user-selectable settings (transmit power and update rates) while buttons are recessed to prevent accidental switching. Sturdy case design offers IP-65 protection from environmental elements. Features 1) Power Levels: 1W, 500mW, and 100mW. 2) Update Rates: 1, 2, and 5 seconds. 3) Buttons are recessed to prevent accidental switching. Repeater GTX-RPT101 Strategically deployed throughout the base to cover a wide area setup. Zero-configuration deployment and no provisioning required allows for easy setup, while advanced settings such as network segregation and AES256 encryption are available with desktop tool and cable. Sturdy, metal case design offers IP-65 protection from environmental elements. Solar panels and extended battery available for deploying in areas without existing power infrastructure and low-maintenance due to extended battery life. Receiver GTX-RCV101 Receiver converts transmissions into TECCS format, to eliminate need for an additional converter. Supports at least 50 CTUs at 5-second update or 10 CTUs at 1-second update. Easy-to-use configuration panel accessible from any computer on the LAN. No access to internet/intranet to eliminate security concerns. Misconfiguration Protection allows gaining access to the gateway even if IP addressing has been misconfigured (e.g. to the wrong network). 3 of 5
