2 Our Micro-Fiber Cleaning Cloths Our Kits offer the two best Micro-Fiber cloths available! Both are made from the highest quality materials, are extremely durable and will not harm delicate surfaces. Both are washable and reusable! (Washing instructions are on page 4). Our Micro-Chamois Cloth (MCK) is optical-grade, exceptionally soft, and has a rich, suede like texture. Our Micro-Fiber Terry Cloth (MKK) has a plush, looped weave, is highly absorbent, and works best for cleaning large and Glossy displays. Basic Application and Polishing Instructions (Please read all instructions carefully before applying) Step 1: Applying Solution - Turn off electronic device and let cool. Moisten a corner of the Micro-Chamois Cloth (MCK) with iklear, or use a Step 1/Wet Travel Single to apply solution. Starting at the top, wipe screen using straight lines, do not use circular motions. If you decide to spray screen directly, use very sparingly. Apply one light mist at a time then follow the instructions in Step 2. Please use caution to prevent overspray and /or drips from entering unsealed portions of your computer. *Re-apply once a week. CAUTION: To prevent slipping, avoid overspray or spills on smooth floor surfaces. Step 2: Polishing off - Support screen while cleaning. Using a dry section of one of the Micro-Fiber cloths, immediately polish solution off in straight lines. Polish the same area until solution completely disappears. Continue both Steps in sections until entire display is clear. Avoid Trackpad and Clickwheel. 2

3 IMPORTANT NOTES Before cleaning older Apple or other brand CRT Displays (which have an anti-reflective coating), please contact iklear Technical Support. iklear Travel Singles are most effective when used on displays 20" wide or less. For Glossy screens & displays larger than 20", we recommend using the Micro-Fiber Terry Cloth (MKK) for Step 2. Product & Device Specific Instructions: MacBooks, MacBook Pros, ibooks and PowerBooks Support screen when cleaning. iklear should also be used to clean the keyboard, palm rest area, and case of your laptop. Avoid cleaning Trackpad with solution. ipods, iphones, and PDA s For best results, moisten a small corner of our Micro-Chamois Cloth (MCK). Directly apply the moistened cloth to display. Polish off with a dry portion of Micro-Chamois Cloth (MCK). Avoid cleaning Clickwheel with solution. To clean Clickwheel, wipe with a dry Micro-Chamois polishing cloth. imac, Apple Cinema and Studio LCD Displays For best results, use iklear from the spray bottle with the Micro- Fiber Terry Cloth (MKK) or Large Micro-Chamois (MCK) and follow the Step 1 / Step 2 directions. iklear should also be used to clean the aluminum or acrylic case of your imac or display. Mac Pro and Mac G5 For best results, use iklear from the spray bottle with the Micro- Fiber Terry Cloth (MKK). Moisten a corner of the polishing cloth, then wipe the aluminum case of the Mac Pro and Mac G5. Immediately polish off the solution with the dry portion of the cloth. 3

4 High Definition TV s, LCD and Plasma Flat Panel Displays, and LCD Projectors For best results, use iklear from the spray bottle with the Micro- Fiber Terry Cloth (MKK) and follow the Step 1 / Step 2 directions. Large screens should be cleaned in small sections at a time. iklear can also be used to clean the case of your display. CD s and DVD s Lightly mist both sides of disk. Polish off solution in straight lines (not in a circular motion). By cleaning the non-playing surface, the static charge is removed from both sides of the disk. isight, Digital Cameras, and Digital Camcorders For best results, moisten a small corner of our Micro-Chamois Cloth (MCK). Directly apply the moistened cloth to digital camera lens and viewer. Polish off with a dry portion of Micro- Chamois Cloth (MCK). *For stability hold isight as you clean. Keyboards Turn off computer. Moisten our Micro-Chamois Cloth (MKK) polishing cloth with iklear solution and gently polish each key using a circular motion. Then use a dry portion of the cloth to remove the iklear from each key. Cleaning your Micro-Chamois Cloth (MCK), Micro-Fiber Cloth (MKK), or Micro-Chamois Keyboard Cover: Our polishing cloths and keyboard covers are reusable and easy to clean. Hand-wash your cloth with mild detergent or liquid dish soap and warm water, rinse well, and line dry.
