9 Volvo Replacement guide for S60I, S80I, V70II, XC70II & XC90 1) Open the old remote control cover. Carefully saw the middle upper part using a hacksaw where shown in the picture (it is glued together) 2) Cut out the small chip from inside the lid. Use caution, chip is very fragile. Put chip into the new remote control cover, close it and check that it works properly 3) See to that the key feather is properly mounted for opening of the manual key. Glue together chip and lid 4) You are now ready to start using your new Proparts remote control cover! 9
