2 1 Getting Started 1. Firstly, you will get your store information here. Using that you can identify your magento version. Go to step 1, It will ask you for your admin portal account. If you already have it then go with Sign In link. If not then you can create your account using Sign Up link. 2. You need to create your soap configuration api key. It will help you to connect magento store with amosoft portal. After creating your api key click on Save Config button. Login your portal account and go to Setting ( last menu on left hand side ). Here you can add url store url without index.php and recently created api key. Hit test connection if response is true then you can store those details using save button. Note: Don't forget to add '/' at the end to your store url. 3. After storing connection details you can add your suppliers into portal. Go to Supplier Management > Add New. You can add supplier using Add New button. Once you added any new supplier portal will send invitation to supplier with invitation code. So using that code supplier can register portal. Now he will become a supplier for your store. (Refer image below) 1

4 2 Order management Login with magento admin panel and navigate to NET Dropship > Order Management. 1. When order will place into your store ( It will same like magento sales order page ). Using this section you will understand which supplier is assigned to which item/order. 2. It will also shows you prices of that item like website price ( which is your actual selling price to end user ), supplier cost, supplier shipping cost, order status and dropship status. 5 3 Vendor / Supplier Inventory 1. The Supplier Inventory lets you update products and view products by Supplier. 2. Where the Supplier Management page is used to set up suppliers the Supplier Inventory page is used to maintain and update products. 3. To update inventory, download the sample CSV, complete the columns in the spreadsheet - Supplier Sku, Cost, and Inventory. Save the file to your computer and import it to Magento. Select your Supplier from the drop-down and click Upload. The Inventory list indicates all products connected to each supplier - the inventory level, cost, Supplier and Product Sku, and the Last Sync date that the product was updated. 6 4 Vendor / Supplier Management Login with magento admin panel and navigate to NET Dropship > Vendor/Supplier Management. Image You can manage active/non-active suppliers. If you want to active some non-active supplier then just drag those from non-active to active section. 2. The first column is for ranking. If you set sourcing rule as Rank Based then these ranking will come into picture. Drag suppliers to change the ranking. Image 1.5 Click on history button, you will all changes history. Every time when you add new supplier or when you active/deactive supplier extension will ask you unqiue table name. It is for storing your supplier records and history. Refer image 1.6 5

8 You can import csv file of assigning vendors to product. For that you just need to download dummy csv format as per below screenshot after that you can modify that file as per your need and upload that file. Refer image 1.7. Image 1.7 You can also assign particular supplier to all your existing products. Just hit setup vendor on all product button. Image 1.8 7

9 5 Configuration / Setup Login with magento admin panel and navigate to NET Dropship > Configuration/Setup. 1. Set sourcing logic Cost Based or Rank Based. 2. You can set default supplier. When you add someone as default then that supplier will assign automatically to every order if he is a supplier of that item. 3. Event driven sourcing will run if value is YES.
