1 How to Integrate Dropbox with EFI Digital StoreFront Dropbox is a free file-sharing service that enables users to access photos, documents, and videos from anywhere. Any file saved to the user s Dropbox will automatically save to all their computers, phones, and even the Dropbox website. Digital StoreFront s workflow integrates with Dropbox so customers can select their Dropbox files and add upload to Digital StoreFront as they would any file stored on a local computer. How to integrate Digital StoreFront with Dropbox (Administration) Follow these steps to get Digital StoreFront talking to Dropbox. 1. Set up a Dropbox account by visiting and clicking the Sign up button. 2. After creating your account (or if you already have a Dropbox account), go to the Developer version of Dropbox at and sign into your account.

2 2 EFI Digital StoreFront Digital StoreFront Dropbox Integration Guide 3. Click the Create an app button. 4. Agree to the Dropbox API terms and conditions and then click Submit.

Select Files and datastores; click No to prevent the app from being limited to its own private folder; select All file types; and then enter a name for your app. 7. Click Create app. Once the app is created, an app key and app secret are generated. By using these values, Digital StoreFront will be able to access Dropbox API for accessing files, folders, and downloading files. The app will now be in Development Status. (Only a certain number of users will be able to access Dropbox from Digital StoreFront).

5 EFI Digital StoreFront 5 8. Click Apply for production. Note: It typically takes 2-3 working days for Dropbox to approve your site s production status. If any discrepancies exist, your request will be declined and you will receive a brief message stating the reason via . Make the changes indicated and then reapply. 9. On the Please test this app dialog, click Okay. 10. The following script must be executed on the Digital StoreFront database. The procedure in this section is intended to be completed by IT personnel. If you are not proficient with database management (e.g., executing scripts in SQL Server Management

In Digital StoreFront, go to Administration > Site Settings. Scroll down to the Select Cloud Providers section and select the Dropbox option. Click Save Changes.

7 EFI Digital StoreFront Login as a buyer, open an ad hoc product (or other product type that allows buyer-uploaded content), and then click Dropbox in the Cloud/Websites panel. 13. You will be prompted to allow the app to connect with your Dropbox. Click Allow.

If they are, this confirms that the app you created is working properly.
