30 CICS Rule-Owning Regions (ROR) New In V8.5 A CICS rule-owning region allows centrally hosted rules to be called by multiple CICS regions The rule-owning region hosts a zrule Execution Server for z/os instance that runs locally in the CICS JVM server.
