INTRODUCTION Time of statistic Web pages is going away. Nowadays every self-respecting service is trying to assure at least minimum of interactivity for website administration. One of the most important things in website creation is also simplicity in their later administration and actualization. For that purpose very useful are tools that manage the content on website and make administration easier. In times of dynamic growth of management the content our demands are crucial in choosing appropriate system. It makes managing the content easier and knowledge of advanced computing technology isn t required. Due to friendly interfaces system service is intuitive and administration needs only basic IT knowledge work with files, servicing the editor. Many companies use tools that help administrate the web sites, make it easier and less time-consuming. II. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION The main role of created system is separation the content (informative content of the system) from web site appearance (way of presentation). After entering data by editor system transports them to data base and also fill appropriate places on www sites. Changing graphical conception of service requires only changes in web templates and that s why publishing in Internet is easy specialist can concentrate on their work and use their favorite text editors. Every www site is dynamically generated by using templates and databases. That is why information is always up-to-date. This system was created and implemented in District County in Plock. elements make this tool stable, free and subjected to graduation. FIGURE 1. SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE User communication with system is based on internet browser. While logging user fill in login and password and gets access for administration. User has possibility to add or remove some panels or hide them for a time. Also panel position can be changed. Various data can be entered in text editor or use existing file. This tool is made of few modules that are responsible for particular functions. III. MODULES AND SYSTEM FUNCTIONS Created system has a lot of function that make administration and actualization easier. Thanks to module building usage of existed or created in future modules is possible. Low price, simple service, compatibility with system and tools already existed and reduction of interference of web sites service specialist were taken into consideration during creation of the system. In result totally free tool were created that uses Linux fedora Core operating system (distributed on the open-source license). Free Apache server was also applied as free web sites server. 2 FIGURE 2. SYSTEM MODULES Logging module is the first one. It is responsible for users authentication. But main module is administration panel that enable creating web site, adding or removing panels or viewing just prepared panel. Also sorting existing panels is possible in this module. This function helps to move panel up and down or even edit it. Above module is open for administrator and user. The second module is module that manages users accounts. Adding new accounts or removing already existed one is possible here. What is more it enables changing passwords or blocking user s accounts. But access to this module has only administrator. Journal of changes and monitoring is the next module. Administrator can create or print reports such as logging report that shows time and date of logging in. It also shows trials of breaking to system. Another report is report of conducted changes that shows who and how changed web sites and when. Statistic of visits report gives information about number of visits at the web site. In this module you can also generate report of materials taken. User can monitor downloaded files placed on web site. Module of reports is only available from administration level. Graphical frame of web site is the last module. It enables choosing one of style or colors of www site and is available for administrator only. IV. WWW SITE THE OUTCOME PRODUCT Web site is result of the program. FIGURE 3. Position or way of viewing is also written there. The container can be component of the panel that can be viewed in new window Link or in already opened one or in new window. HTML code cab also be element of the panel where we can choose script in PHP language. Clock, name-day or counter of visits is also available. Picture as bitmap view can be element of the panel and used as link to other www site. According to demands site can be viewed in different colors which realize main administrator. V. DATA BASE CONSTRUCTION Both the system of management databases between which call relations in a project are apply the product of MySQL. It is the very popular expandable system which develops through the Swedish firm MySQL AB. It is the system, expandable on the free license of open, source. Information written down in this base placed in separate tables what causes, that rapid database. A few tables are utilized in a project. One of them keep information with a site, it s placing and other information. Placing of panel, their positions and also other information accessible in other tables. Next tables conclude information s with component parts of panel, method of their illumination or position, which occupy in panel. Next tables conclude information of users, authorized to the origin itself to the system, their motto and also state of activity (e.g. active, such, that is blocked). In other tables information are placed with these lighted up on a side. There are the information with the names and also component parts of panel, method of their illumination and also essence of component part or place of placing of pack with a spring material.

CONCLUSION Management system by essence on sites was projected and in future taught at the County office of a dstrict in Plock.
