1 1 Part Professional This work programme reflects the current status of preparation of the Commission s proposal for a on the recognition of professional in inland navigation. t will evolve in accordance with the future discussions which will take place as part of the legislative procedure. An appropriate method must be applied when setting priorities. For the first CESN work programme, the Secretariat proposes applying the method developed for the service provision agreement between the European Commission and the CCNR to ensure that the work timetable and financing are aligned. The abovementioned method envisages the following priorities: Priority Priority Priority Priority V to be ised in the first half of the 3year mandate to be ised in the second half of the 3year mandate evaluation to be finished in the 3year mandate standardisation work to start in the 3year mandate.
