1 FastAttach Release Notes Release Summary Version 4.1 Main Screen. Redesigned to organize your work list and improve efficiency. A host of new features have been integrated into the FastAttach Main screen, giving you total control over what you see, and how you see it. With version 4.1, you are now able to: Search Search the Main screen grid to find exactly what you re looking for. Group Want to view attachments by status or payor? Use a Quick Group, or click and drag any column header in order to group information displayed in the Main screen grid however you like.
2 Column Filter Use the predefined options available, or right-click to display the inline filtering tool to filter your Main screen display. Right-Click Send, edit and delete selected attachments with a simple right-click. Multi-Select Use SHIFT + mouse click, or CTRL + mouse click to select multiple attachments at once. Export Print or export your Main screen grid to a variety of formats, including PDF, Excel and CSV. No More Paging Simply scroll to view everything on your Main screen, without having to go from page to page. Customize Columns Display the information you need; hide what you don t. Click and drag columns into the order that works for you. Save Layout Once you ve got your Main screen tailored just right, use Save Layout to display it the same way, every time you log into FastAttach. Patient Sharing. For our multiple location clients. Have a patient visiting more than one location in your practice network, but want to maintain a comprehensive record for that patient? Now you can! When enabled, FastAttach now allows for linked FastAttach accounts to share patients.
3 Patient Linking. Consolidate your patient list while maintaining attachment history. Whether you have duplicate patients in one FastAttach account, or across your FastAttach accounts in a multiple practice setup, Patient Linking allows you to connect patients and consolidate your patient list for a comprehensive patient record (when enabled).
4 NEA Reminder. Support for multiple locations. If you use a FastAttach account that oversees other linked locations, NEA Reminder will now show activity for all locations associated to your account. Payor Favorites. We have payor connections, and we ve made them easier to use. While NEA provides connections to over 600 payors, do you only use a small subset? From the Payor Information screen, search our payor list, then select your most commonly used payors as your favorites, allowing for quick and easy access from the Patient Information screen.
5 Patient Search Improvements. New look, more options, and fewer clicks. Search better using the new Date of Birth search field. Use the in-line controls within your search results to edit patients, view patient attachment history, and create attachments with fewer clicks. Link patients to consolidate your patient list (when enabled). If your FastAttach account is linked to other locations, search across those locations to find any patient that s been added to FastAttach (when enabled).
6 Patient Information Redesign. View your patient s entire record in one place. Quickly view and manage a patient s comprehensive record, using the new Patient Information screen, redesigned to streamline your workflow. Updated navigation so you can choose to manage patients or create attachments. New grid-style display for viewing and managing patient insurance information. Patient Insurance is now managed in a pop-up window, with the ability to auto-search payors as well as leverage payor favorites. Patient s attachment history added for easy referencing, directly from Patient Information.
7 Improved User Experience. Streamlined Navigation Back buttons are now clearly labeled with where they navigate to, and are consistently located in the right-hand corner of every screen. Familiar Look and Feel All grid displays throughout FastAttach now feature in-line controls to save you clicks. Tooltips We ve introduced tooltips to help guide you through FastAttach, starting with fields and sections we re most frequently asked about. Enhanced Performance. Continually seeking to improve software performance and speed. Improved speed when moving from screen to screen Faster load times on all screens, including the Main screen, and Patient Search.
