Q17 ) a ) Create a program that would do the following. Q18) Your task is to create a FOR LOOP that output the numbers with line breaks between each number. 3 P a g e

4 Q19) Q20) Here is the assignment for the file calculation. Write out the contents of a file pizza.html that would run a JavaScript script that prompts the user to enter the size of a pizza (the diameter) and the price of a pizza, and calculates the price per square inch. Use Math.PI as the constant π The formula for radius is: radius = diameter / 2; The formula for area of a pizza (um, I mean circle), is: area = πr 2 Hint: [var area = Math.PI * radius * radius;] You can calculate radius squared in JavaScript with radius * radius Include an HTML comment near the top of the file that includes the file name, your name, the date, and the assignment (activity 3 for A-Level IT ). Be sure all your tags follow the HTML standard: i.e. they should be all closed, properly nested, and written with lowercase letters. 4 P a g e

5 Q21) This time we are going to see how to get input from the user and combine that with the other two, to create a simple page that can great you. [3 Marks] Q22) Write a JavaScript program to calculate multiplication and division of two numbers (input from user). Sample Form: [4 Marks] Q23 [6 Marks] Q24 [7 Marks] 5 P a g e

6 [Q25] [15 Marks] Simple sales app: Your web site sells bags of coffee for the Save the Aardvarks Foundation. You sell regular coffee at $9/bag, you sell decaffeinated coffee at $8/bag, and you sell mocha coffee for $11/bag. If the user buys more than $100 worth, they get a $15 discount. Use the prompt to ask the user how many bags of regular coffee s/he wants. Then use the prompt to ask about decaf, and then about mocha. Using the input, calculate the total amount the user will pay. If the total is over $100, subtract $15 from their total. Write out their receipt to the web page, by writing out how many bags of regular they purchased and how much that works out to, then how many bags of decaf and how much that works out to, and then how many bags of mocha they purchased and how much that works out to. Finally write out how much the total will be. So, for example, after running the script, the web page might look like this: You purchased 3 bags of regular, totaling 27 dollars. You purchased 2 bags of decaf, totaling 16 dollars. You purchased 6 bags of mocha, totaling 66 dollars. Your total purchase cost is 93 dollars 6 P a g e
