1 Overview CopyNet simplifies and centralizes submission of remote print jobs to a dedicated MFP or Print Facility by leveraging an external web portal and hosted server. CopyNet automatically converts 330+ file types to a PDF and embeds the finish, print, and pricing criteria into the job file. CopyNet expands the power and value of MFP's and increases print flexibility and cost reduction for the Print Facility. Introduction to Grids CopyNet uses grids to organize, display and navigate information. Grid Features Paging: When a grid has more records than will fit on one page, it will display Paging. You can navigate to additional pages by clicking on the page number, the previous and next arrows and the first and last page arrow. You can also specify the page size to display more or less records. Commands: In the picture below just above the paging you will see the commands that allow you t take action on a given record. First click on the record you wish to access and click on one of the available options in the command row. In this case the actions are "Add" and "Delete". This command options may change depending on the grid. Filtering: Some grids have powerful filtering capabilities. Type what you are looking for in the text box above the appropriate column and click the icon next to the text box. This will give you a list of the possibilities of how to filter. Click on the appropriate filter option. To clear the filter for that column click on the icon next to the text box and click "No Filter". Filtering options may change depending on the grid.

2 Sorting: Some grids have sorting capabilities. You can sort any column in a grid by clicking on the grid heading. Clicking once will sort the grid in ascending order by that column. Click the same heading again and it will sort the grid in descending order by that column. Clicking it a third time will return the grid to a unsorted status. In the picture below the grid is sorted by "Create Date" in ascending order. Sorting options may change depending on the grid.

3 Create New Account Creating a new account will allow you access to manage your files and jobs. The following information is collected to create your account. Form Fields Division: Select the appropriate division from the drop down. This is a required field. First Name: A text field for your first name. This is a required field. Last Name: A text field for your last name. This is a required field. A text field for your address. This is a required field. Password: A text field for your password. This is a required field. Confirm Password: A text field to verify your password. This is a required field. Address: A text field for your address. This is an optional field. Address 2: A text field for additional address information. This is an optional field. City: A text field for your city. This is an optional field. State: A drop down for state. This is a required field. Zip: A text field to hold your postal code. This is an optional field. Phone: A text field for your phone number. This is an optional field. Login Login in to your account using the address and password that you used to create your account. Form Fields A text field for your address. This is a required field. Password: A text field for your password. This is a required field.

4 Forgot Password Complete this form to have your password sent to the account on record. Form Fields A text field for your address. This is a required field. Files Manage and upload your files for jobs. This grid displays the files you have uploaded. You can find the file you are looking for by using the grid filters. You can preview the pdf by clicking the "PDF" link for the file you wish to view. Your options are New and Delete. To add a new file click "New" you will be taken to a screen to upload your new file. To delete an existing file, highlight the file you wish to delete and click "Delete". You will be prompted to confirm you wish to delete the highlighted file.

5 File Upload Upload your file in one of the supported file types. Click select and browse to and select the file you want to upload, click on the upload button. You will see a progress bar with the status of your file. Note: depending on the size of your file and the speed of your Internet connection, this process may take some time. File size is limited to 2 gigabytes. Delete File You may delete a file by selecting the file you wish to delete in the files grid and clicking "Delete". You will be prompt to confirm you really want to delete the file.

13 Jobs Review and manage your jobs for printing. This grid displays the jobs you have previously created. You can find the job you are looking for by using the grid filters. Your options are "New Job", "Preview Job", "Copy" and "Delete". New Job You create a new job by clicking the "New Job" button in the jobs grid. Fill out and select your options for the choices below. After filling these out, click Browse to add your file from the files grid. Form Fields Job Name: A text field to name your job.. Date Needed: A date field for date needed. Qty: A numeric field. Cost Center: A text field. Bindery: A drop down field. Paper Type: A drop down field. Paper Size: A drop down field. Front and Back Cover: A drop down field. Additional Bindery: A drop down field. 25 Curriculum The Curriculum Manager allows you to manage curriculum to display on your teachers page. This is accomplished by setting up your grades and subjects list, then add your curriculum, either from a file you have uploaded or by selecting curriculum supplied by your district. Grades Manage the grades list to organize your curriculum. Your Options are "Insert", "Select" and "Delete" Actions New: Click to add a New. Select: Click to edit the current form Grade. Delete: Click to delete the highlighted Grade in the grid. Insert Click the Insert Button to add a new Grade. Grade: A text field for you to list the grades you teach. This can be used to filter your curriculum on your teachers page. This is required.

This is required. Delete Highlight the grade you wish to remove and click Delete. You will be prompt to confirm the delete action.

27 My Subjects Manage the subjects list to organize your curriculum. Your Options are "Insert", "Select" and "Delete" Actions New: Click to add a new Subject. Select: Click to edit the current form Subject. Delete: Click to delete the highlighted Subject in the grid. Insert Click the Insert button to add a new Subject. Subject: A text field for you to list the subjects you teach. This can be used to filter your curriculum on your teachers page. This is required.

28 Edit Highlight the subject you wish to edit and Click Select. Subject: A text field for you to list the subjects you teach. This can be used to filter your curriculum on your teachers page. This is required. Delete Highlight the subject you wish to remove and click Delete. You will be prompt to confirm the delete action.

29 My Curriculum Manage your curriculum for your Teachers page. Your Options are "New", "Select", "Preview" and "Delete". New Form Fields Grade: A drop down to select the Grade to display this curriculum in. Subject: A drop down to select the Subject to display this curriculum in. My Files/District Curriculum: A Radio button to select if the file list should show files from your files list or district curriculum. Select a File: A drop down with a list of your files/district curriculum. Select one. Curriculum Name: A text field that will display on your teachers page.

30 Actions Submit: Click this button to submit the information and upload the file. Exit: Click to cancel this action. Select Clicking Select will allow you to order this curriculum to be printed. Fill out the information on this form and press Continue to order this form. Form Fields Job Name: A text field for you job name. Date Needed: A date field for date needed. Qty: A numeric field to hold the number of copies you want printed. Cost Center: A text. Bindery: A drop down field. Paper Type: A drop down field. Paper Size: A drop down field. Front and Back Cover: A drop down field. Additional Bindery: A drop down field. Portrait/Landscape: Single- side/double- side:

31 Black and White/Color: Non- Collated/Collated: Actions Continue: Click this button to submit the print job. Back: Click this to return to the My Curriculum Grid. Teacher Page Layout URL: This is the URL to your personal teachers page. You can share this information or place this as a link on your web site for students and parents to be able to view your forms. Layout: You can personalize the look of your forms page using the editor. You can include images as well as any text information you would like to see. You can use tables to help format your page. This will display above the form list.

32 Teacher Page Click to view your teacher page. This page is public and can be used by your students and their parents to view forms, tests, and any other information you may want to display. This uses the information that you created in your My Teacher Page to display on the top of the page. The Grades drop down has your list of grades. This drop down can be used as a filter to display only curriculum for the selected filter. The Subject drop down has your list of subjects. This drop down and be used as a filter to display only curriculum for the selected filter. Selecting "All" will display all curriculum in your list. Clicking View will display the curriculum.

33 District Curriculum This curriculum is managed by your administrator for you to view and print. They are listed in a grid. You can find the curriculum you are looking for by using the grid filters. Your options are "Select" or "Preview". Clicking Preview will open a new window to display the curriculum in. Clicking Select will allow you to order this curriculum to be printed. Fill out the information on this form and press Continue to order this form. Form Fields Job Name: A text field for you job name. Date Needed: A date field for date needed. Qty: A numeric field. Cost Center: A text. Bindery: A drop down field. Paper Type: A drop down field.
