RKUX focuses on: User Experience Design: Improving user efficiency The process of enhancing user satisfaction with a product by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product. Creating comfortable, fun workspaces Reducing the clicks needed to perform tasks Accelerating access to info Providing admin tools that are easier to use

9 Global Tools Favorites: Click the star to favorite the current page; select the down arrow to access it later. Global Actions: Configure quick actions you can complete from any page of your org. Help: Official Force.com help (not Riskonnect). Admin Tools: Access Setup features here. Notifications: Stuff you should be aware of. Profile: Click your name to access the profile others can see of you; click Settings to configure your time zone, language, and more; choose another Username to switch to another org; and click Switch to Salesforce Classic to toggle back to classic mode for certain tasks.
10 The New App Launcher Using the grid in the upper right corner, you can view all apps and tabs that you have permission to see.
11 Smart Tabs with Shortcuts The down arrow next to a tab can contain: A new record shortcut Any records or lists you ve favorited The last 3 recently viewed records The last 3 recently viewed list views A temporary tab creation prompt Two Clicks (and no page refresh delay)
12 Temporary Tabs You can temporarily pin a list view, record, report, and many other content to the nav bar. Clicking Add to Nav Bar will make it stick.
13 New and Improved List Views List view settings are in the cog You can switch from a Table view to a Kanban view Turn on Mass Edit with the pencil List views can now be visualized using charts Quickly apply or modify filters
14 Enhanced Lookup Fields Lookup fields suggest records as you type, and include a shortcut to create a New record if the one you need doesn t yet exist.
