4 Dashboard/Home 1. Track order status easily and in real-time. Access individual orders for details, editing, design review and more. 2. Identify orders by status, submitted date or even by order type. Order types include: BellaTek Encode, itero TM Encode, 3M TM Encode, Sirona Encode, LDA/LDAC. The order subtype is updated once the case enters production status. When the order is initially entered from the user interface, the default will be set to Abutments. 3. Access your Preferences. 4. 6 My Accounts 1. Select New Account to create accounts for your customers or design preference profiles. 2. Save their preferences to expedite the ordering process when placing an order for them. 7 A. New Order 1. Place new orders for BellaTek Abutments, Bars and Robocast. Attention: B. 1. A. A Case ID is required to place an order. 8 Draft Deleting 1. If a draft order form is created, the user has the opportunity to delete it and have it removed from the order status screen. Select the Draft status Select the Delete button next to the Clear button on the bottom left of the order form. 2. BELLATEK PORTAL Pg. 8

9 Order Cancelling 1. You are able to cancel orders that are in the Submitted status. 2. Once the case is selected, click the Cancel button at the top right. 3. A warning message will appear asking to confirm the order cancellation. Select OK. 4. The order is now cancelled. BELLATEK PORTAL Pg. 9

10 Order Archiving 1. Users are able to archive and un-archive orders that are in the Cancelled, Rejected and Shipped statuses. To archive, select the order from the My Orders main page and click Archive Archived orders are not deleted; they are hidden from the users BellaTek Portal order history and moved to the Archive Orders tab for later review. 3. To unarchive, select the order from Archived Orders and click Unarchive. If an order has been unarchived manually, the auto-archive feature will be disabled for this order and the order will never auto-archive again. It will have to be manually archived if desired Auto-archive will apply to any orders that are Cancelled, Rejected or Shipped statuses older than 90 days. The default is set to 90 days. The number of days can be configured by clicking Defaults under the Preferences tab. 4. BELLATEK PORTAL Pg. 10

11 3D Viewer Controls and Annotations 1. When the order is in Design Review, the user is able to Snap a picture and add annotations, which will give BIOMET 3i necessary direction in making any requested design modifications. The following actions are available in order to operate the 3D Viewer: a. Rotate: left mouse button and drag b. Zoom: mouse wheel scroll or shift and left button drag c. Pan: ctrl and left mouse button drag 2. To create a snapshot, angle the image to the desired view and select Snap on the upper right Select the image under Snapshots to open in a 2D viewer in order to add comments. 3. 12 4. In order to make a notation, click on a starting point of the line using your mouse, drag and release to bring up the comment box. Multiple annotations are allowed. You cannot edit an annotation; you can only delete it and create a new snapshot. 4. BELLATEK PORTAL Pg. 12

13 Case Approvals 1. In the Design Review stage, approval buttons are color coded. 2. Select the Conditional button to pre-approve design modifications and bypass subsequent design approvals. 3. Once the Conditional approval button is selected, a confirmation box will appear detailing the authorization from the user to move the product directly to manufacturing following the requested design modifications.
