FAX INSTALL Right Tray: Remove Right Side Top Cover: 4 screws / 2 clips Remove dummy feed unit: 6 screws Install feed unit: 1 connector / 6 screws Install new top cover: 2 clips / 4 screws Tray must be enabled in (set to 0) Fax Kit: DO NOT SET DESTINATION OR YOU WILL RESET THE COPIER SETTINGS AND LOSE SOME HOME SCREEN ICONS!!!!!!!!! MY36: Remove Left Side plastic cover: 1 screw above main power switch. Release clips near network connector Slide cover to rear and remove Remove large metal plate: 2 screws Slide plate slightly forward to release Connect fax to Fax option 1 connector (upper) Connect cable tie with a shouldered screw Breakout the fax cable port in the plastic cover Reinstall metal and plastic covers Mount fax kit at upper portion of rear cover, using the short post screw. MY41: Remove Rear Cover Connect Fax at lower Left Rear of copier (Fax option 1)

(mxms will export ok to virgo/arie/polaris) Network and web settings 3. 4 Address Book Entries: 1. via bin file(webpage): System Settings>Data Backup>Storage Backup 2. manually (op panal): Address Book>Register address>add new: fill in the title page, then switch to the address page. Choose the type as FAX and enter the phone #. 3. manually (web page): after an address is entered, scroll down and choose address type, then choose new address..address 1. make sure it is set to PDF, and set as default used.submit Because you can have 5 addresses in 1, once an address is complete, you may not see the real address or file format, unless you choose address 1 again. If its wrong, then correct it and SUBMIT. INDIVIDUAL TASKS: PM Count Totals: Error Code Info List: HOME PAGE Customization: From the home page, choose the UR arrow>edit Home. Here you can both Register and Delete icons. * DO NOT RESET to Factory Default or you will lose the customized PB type home screen.
