1. Thin Client Verification Station Overview docalpha Thin Client production environment web stations includes: Thin Client Verification Station, Thin Client Approver Station, Thin Client Image Acquisition Station, Thin Client Monitoring Station and Thin Client View-only Monitoring Station. Thin Client Monitoring Station is not a part of production workflow cycle, but it can be used to monitor and control all processes done on the production environment stations. Thin Client View-only Monitoring Station is based on the Thin Client Monitoring Station. It provides a dashboard to track the batches status in a read-only mode, for a fraction of price of the additional Monitoring Station license. This option allows for lower-cost dashboard capabilities for all Verification and Approval-type operators that also need to view and track the batches status real-time but do not need the full power of the Monitoring Station. The main purpose of Thin Client Verification Station is to review any areas that are deemed suspicious by the docalpha Kernel based on the settings of the Workflow to which the documents belong. The station offers five operation modes Validate Batch Structure, Field-by- Field Wizard, Verify Batch, Validate Batch, Single Verification Wizard to optimize performance for typical verification jobs. Thin Client Verification Station is also used as the main UI station for the operator to interact with the docalpha product, including entering new data, review or QA the auto-captured fields, and provide information about the operator s selections to the self-learning docalpha Auto-Find module. Optionally additional tasks such as Batch Splitting and Assembling or sensitive information Redaction can also be allocated to this station. The Main UI window of Thin Client Verification Station: 3

There are three main panels in the station user interface: Document Tree Panel (Batch Window) - the top left panel which lists the documents of the current Batch and their pages. It allows the following features: loading selected document image, moving pages from one document to another or re-arranging them by drag-&-drop, splitting and merging documents, and deleting pages or documents. Document Image Panel - the main panel on the right. It has tools for highlighting fields with data and entering data by a single-click. It can be zoomed in to show a specific area based on the profile settings selected by the Admin for the current document type, or based on the Zooming controls (Image Control Toolbar) used by the station operator. If the document contains more than one page, using the up and down arrows or scroll in the right lane of the window, you can move between pages. 4

Data Fields Set Panel - the lower left panel, which shows all retrieved values in fields and table cells. This panel also allows validation of business rules in the Validation Mode. Data Validation Errors and Warnings Panel - displays Data Validation Rules and Field warnings and errors. The operator has the opportunity to skip warnings, but if there will be Errors, the operator will not be able to send the batch to Export. The licenses used by the Thin Client Verification Stations are the same licenses that are used by the Thin Client Image Acquisition Stations, they are called Concurrent Seat Licenses. The same license can be used to start any of those two stations types. Once returned by the operator, the same license can be re-used by another operator (concurrent licensing model). docalpha Thin Client Verification Station has the architecture of Windows.NET web application. It can be run on any supported OS (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2008 R2, Server 2012, each operating system listed is supported for 32-bit and 64-bit platforms). Refer to the Artsyl docalpha Thin Client Deployment Manual for the details of operating system versions and service packs required. 2. Working with docalpha Thin Client Verification The main purpose of docalpha Thin Client Verification Station is to review any areas that are deemed suspicious by the docalpha Kernel based on the settings of the Workflow to which the documents belong. The station can be used to perform Manual or partially Manual entry, Click-Capture of fields with Self-Learning (using the Auto-Find Module), batch splitting / assembling and QC, sensitive data permanent redaction and other operator-driven jobs. 5

To access Thin Client Verification Station open in the local internet browser OR Run Thin Client Verification Station Site using «Browse Web Site», it selects from the list of sites in IIS Manager: By clicking on this link, the site for Thin Client Verification Station will be automatically open in the default browser (support for thin clients is carried out on the latest version of Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 11). As with any other station, the user will be required to enter the user name and password for authentication: 6

Batch List window of Thin Client Verification Station has appeared with batches in Verification Waiting status: The main interface Batch List window select batches to the Thin Client Verification Station: The left top of the Thin Client Verification Station (Three Parallel horizontal stripes image) can select color theme: Waiting - all batches that are currently waiting for verification Postponed postponed batches Refresh update Batch List for batches with Waiting or Postponed status Paging display the number of batches in Batch List, using paging can adjust the number of displayed batches (the navigation arrows are 10, 20, 30 or show all batches) 7

There are four color themes in the Thin Client Verification Station: Light Theme Navy Theme 8

Dark Theme 2.1 Document Tree operations In docalpha Thin Client Verification Station operator has an opportunity to rearrange documents in case it wasn t done on previous steps. To select multiple documents use Shift or Ctrl key while you selecting it with left button of the mouse. With Shift you could select a constant range of documents (example 1, 2, 3, 4). Ctrl allow to select inconstant Range of the documents (example 1, 3, 7, 8). You could move pages and documents in the tree with a mouse. To proceed with those changes call context menu on selected documents or pages (normally context menu is a right click of the mouse). Next actions to documents or pages are available: Merge -> merge selected documents to one. If in the multipage document at least one page is selected, it will be merged. Split -> Split-Out New Document Here: This command applied on the page will start a new document from selected page. Split -> Split to Single-Page Documents: Split multipage document to single page documents. Split -> Split to Dual-Page Documents: Split multipage document to dual page documents To proceed with those changes click in menu to the right of the document name on selected documents or pages. Next actions to documents or pages are available: Comment Document - This action allows the operator to write a comment to the document. For each document in the batch are some comments that become active only when the relevant document (the number of comments for each document, may be also different and displayed at the transition between the documents in the batch). Comment Document button locates to the right of the document name. 9

Send To Design Station - Mark document as send to design station (no visible mark for the document). This action allows for the operator to send documents on the Design Station. When you send batch off to verification station it will split into a few batches with different statuses at the monitoring station. The documents which were marked with Send To Design status will be included to the batch with the Design Waiting status. Reject - Mark document as rejected (icon R). This action allows the operator to postpone processing currently selected documents. When you send the batch off verification station it will be split and all documents marked as Rejected will form a separate batch with the status Verification Waiting. Comment Document button is located to the right of the document name. Verify Document allows to check all unconfident characters extracted from the currently selected document using Verification Wizard and make necessary corrections if necessary. In the event, that there are no unconfident characters or all unconfident characters were already confirmed for the current document, the message there is no unverificated characters would be provided. Validate document - allows to check all document`s rules: check empty blocks (if they set to fire with warning/error if empty), correct or accept the document with warnings using Validation Wizard. Send to Review The main reviewer`s role is to check the document (he has no rights to make any changes, only comment is available) and send the document back to sender (usually the sender is the Approver`s user). Escalate - The documents marked with this flag would be redirected to the user whose role is an Verification`s supervisor. After the flag was set operator could select the user from the drop-down list. This user would be a receiver of the document/documents marked as escalated. The main purpose of this flag is to redirect the documents to the other operator in case if some problematic questions has occurred and couldn`t be resolved by the current operator. Delete Page this button allows to delete the currently selected page from the document directly at Verification station, if there is only 1 page in document this button will automatically delete the document to which this page is belongs to. Delete Document the document marked with this flag would be automatically deleted inquiring all its pages after the batch would be sent to the next station`s type. 2.2 Data Capture When working in the Basic Capture mode with Click-entry, it is important to know the station s capabilities to speed up such semi-automatic processing speed. This and the following chapters contain some tips and tricks for the semi-automatic data capture mode. The following sections contain instructions on verification and validation for the fully-automatic modes. Recognition results are displayed in the Document Image Panel on the top of the document image. Data entry fields are generated in the Data Fields Set Panel in the main window based on the document structure described in the Verification Profile. Data entry fields may be separate cells as well as line item table cells. Separate fields may be located on one or two panels. The upper panel is named Common and the lower panel is named Total. When a new document is loaded, the first field in the upper panel becomes the current data entry field. The current field is highlighted light grey. To populate a field with data from a document page in a semi-automatic mode, or to fill in a field that was missed by the fully automatic extraction mode, move the cursor to the desired area of the image and do one of the following: 10

Click on a highlighted word (a word is highlighted when the cursor is hovered over a part of the word). Press the left mouse button on the first highlighted word and drag the mouse over the next words you wish to enter while holding the button down. To enter the selected text, release the mouse button. If you need to cancel the entry, press the Escape key while holding down the left mouse button. Make a frame around the words you wish to enter. To do this, move the cursor to the edge of the text, press the left mouse button and draw a frame around the words by dragging the mouse while holding down the left mouse button. The selected words will be highlighted in the document. When text is selected, an information block appears near the cursor. The name of the field being populated appears in the head of the block, while selected data is rendered in its body. If a cell is already filled, its initial content is shown first at the bottom of the information block. After the current cell is filled, the program automatically moves to the next cell. Automatic moving works within a panel or table. To move to the other panel, select the required cell with the mouse. Note: You are always able to enter data manually by simply typing it on the keyboard when in the click-entry mode. 2.3 Working with Click-Entry docalpha Thin Client Verification Station - main working area is a Click-Entry interface. There are many ways how the operator can use the mouse to capture data using click-entry. This section provides a detailed description of all available click-entry methods and tricks and discusses when each one is best applied. - Click sight turned off To increase the performance, the click sight could be turned On/Off simply using the button in main Thin Verification`s option menu:: - Click sight turned on: If Click sight is turned off, the operator would be available only to correct/fill the profile`s fields using manual entry from the keyboard, but the speed of switching between blocks, documents, pages, speed of rules applying and data saving would be increased. When the click sight is turned on, the switch button in right upper corner of the document would be available: 11

Using this button the operator can switch between two different modes of entry: - Click by word (default option): - Click by Character: Below is a brief list of all methods followed by detailed descriptions. Click-a-Word a regular mouse click selecting a single word. Click-Part-of-a-Word character-by-character selection (using Click by Character mode, to enter more than 1 symbol to the current field use click+shift). Run-Through Words selecting several consecutive words. ( Click by word mode should be turned on) Rubber-Band Text selecting a rectangular area (all characters encompassed by the rectangle will be transferred to the entry field and recognized line by line). It is highly recommended to use click by word mode for proper results. Select Multiple Words selecting several non-consecutive words (merging several text fragments by using the <Shift> key plus click by word mode). Click-a-Word When working with the click-entry window, a small mouse hint window is attached to the mouse pointer, tracking all its movements. It has two parts: the top shows the name of the field selected for data entry, and the bottom displays the field s current contents. When the mouse pointer hovers over recognized text, the button of the mouse hint window shows the value of the word to which the mouse points. Use Click-a-Word, left-click the mouse at this moment, and the word will be entered into the field whose name is displayed at the top of the mouse hint window. The top of the hint window will then display the name of the next field to be entered by the operator. If a field requires entering only a part of a word, or several words, one of the other click-entry methods described below can be used. Click-Part-of-a-Word Sometimes, the highlighted word is not precisely the entry needed. If less data is required for example, two adjacent words glued together by the OCR engine and recognized as one, and the operator wants to select only a part of what the mouse hint window highlights as one word then character-by-character entry should be used. In this case switch to click by character mode, than press and hold the <shift> key, after this click onto all necessary characters in specified order. After the <shift> would be released, all selected characters would be recorded to the current field. 12

Run-Through Words Run-Through Words is the most convenient method to enter several consecutive words. To use Run-Through Words, press and hold the left mouse button on the first word you want to enter, and then move the mouse over the rest of the words to be entered. When you release the mouse button, the words will be added to the entry field in the order in which the mouse went over them. Rubber-Band Text Rubber-Band Text is useful for entering multi-line text that can fit inside a rectangle drawn with the mouse. To use Rubber-Band Text, press and hold the left mouse button anywhere outside of a word. Drag the mouse pointer in any direction to form a rectangular area. When you release the mouse button, all characters encompassed by the rectangle will be selected and then transferred to the entry field line by line top-down, from the first to the last line inside the selected area. Select Multiple Words Select Multiple Words mode is useful for entering text consisting of separate needed parts with unneeded text between them, which precludes the use of Rubber-Band and Inner-Band Text modes. To use Select Multiple Word, press and hold the <Shift> key. As long as the <Shift> key is held, each click of the left mouse button adds the corresponding word to the current selection, and you can freely move the mouse pointer through the document. When you release the <Shift> key, the text currently displayed at the bottom of the mouse hint window will be transferred to the entry field. Select Table Capture: Click-Per-Cell Mode (Move Right) button to enter all information that you click, run- through, rubber-band or capture with any other click tricks into one table cell. This is the easiest way to capture multi-line line item descriptions, for example. After the one cell was filled with data, focus cell will automatically change to next to the right. Select Table Capture: Click-Per-Cell Mode (Move Down) button to enter all information that you click, run- through, rubber-band or capture with any other click tricks into one table cell. This is the easiest way to capture multi-line line item descriptions, for example. After the one cell was filled with data, focus cell will automatically change to next cell at the bottom. Select Table Capture: Click-Per-Column Mode button to enter all information that you run- through, rubber-band or capture with any other click tricks into a column of table cells. This mode will split all captured text to lines and each line will be added to its own column. If necessary (if empty space remains below the last cell to match the number of rows in previous columns) then empty cells will be added to the end of the captured column to match the rest of the tables. Select Table Capture: Click-Per-Row Mode button to enter all information that you run- through, rubber-band or capture with any other click tricks into a row of table cells. This mode will split all captured text into columns (cells) and place them as a new row of cells in the active table block. Select Table Capture: Click-Per-Table Mode button to capture the whole table of data in just a single mouse click. Note that this operation would work correctly (do the splitting of text to columns and rows correctly) only if the table has a well-defined columns structure or if the Learn-By-Example self-learning is used prior to using this mode. Because of that, this mode is typically used to enter the rest of table rows after the first row is taught to the system in Click-Per-Cell or Click-Per-Column modes. 13

2.4 Working with Wizards of Thin Client Verification Station The Thin Client Verification Station offers five operation modes: 1. Validate Batch Structure 2. Field-by-Field Wizard 3. Verify Batch 4. Validate Batch 5. Verification Wizard 6. Field-by-Field Wizard Validate Batch Structure Mode used to confirm the document classification results. Allows confirming the current classification, review and confirm the alternative classification option, or select any other document class and force-apply it to the selected image. The workflow should be set to use the Document Structure. To start the mode, click Validate Batch Structure button or press F6. Description of basic scenarios during the work with F6 Thin Verification Structure Wizard: Assemble Structure is successfully complete. The user opens the Wizard and checks the structure of the completed documents with the help of structure recompletion then confirms and closes the Wizard Window. Part of documents is in Unassembled Pages. The user opens the Wizard and starts to delete, move, split or merge that pages or documents, which are improper in their opinion, and each time after execution such change recomplete the structure, hence checking his changes. Previously described steps repeat until only Unassembled Pages documents are inside the batch. Whether the user sees improper by structure document or page, but this one is necessary, he can confirm it using checkmark Correct, and check structure completion on another batch documents. At that if the recompletion executes several times, the improper document should be confirmed with the Correct checkmark each time before recompleting. Once everything was successfully completed, the user confirms all the documents and closes the Wizard. 14

Detailed commands description of F6 functional: 1. The Select All check mark allows to mark and unmark Correct from all documents in batch at once. 2. A Correct check mark in the header of the document notes it as user confirmed 3. A drop-down list with names of Profiles in the header of the document shows the profile which is chosen for the given document in the structure settings, at the Administration Station and also allows to choose another Profile for the document if it is necessary for the user. 4. The name of the document in the header shows the name received during the structure optimization. 5. Correctness indicator of structure optimization or performed changes into the batch structure colors in green all documents which were completed by structure as correct (Unassembled Pages always are colored in red) or changes color to red if user make changes into the document collected by the structure (performs displacement, splitting or union of the document, deletes pages, or moves them inside or between documents). 6. To displace the document inside the batch, it is necessary to press LMB on the header and scroll it to the user`s required place. 7. For splitting a document, it is necessary to put a mouse cursor into the space between document pages where it should be split. After the mouse cursor changes, it s icon into a pair of scissors click LMB and confirm splitting in a pop-up window. 8. To merge documents into one it is necessary to put a mouse cursor in the space between documents to be merged, then press LMB after cursor changes its icon to the vertical line with pointers, at the end confirm merging of documents at the dialog window. 9. To delete a document it is necessary to press the Recycle bin button in the header of the document and then to confirm deleting in a pop-up window 10. Pages displacement between and inside the documents occurs if pull to the necessary place while pressing LMB at the necessary page. 11. The context menu is available for document page (right-click on the Page icon inside the document window), using which it`s possible to check information about Definition Matching or Delete a page. 12. Assemble Non-Confirmed Documents button allows to rebuild the structure for the batch. 13. Confirm button saves changes, performed by a user into the batch structure 14. Break button and criss-cross in the upper-right window corner allows to exit Wizard. 15

Field-by-Field Wizard Field-by-Field Wizard (F5) make the work in click-capturing mode much easier and convenient. F5 mode allows operator to isolate his interface from all windows except Field`s and Image Preview windows. The main UI interface of this wizard is next: To run F5 wizard use Field-by-Field Wizard button at the main option`s panel: After the first field was filled, operator would automatically move to the next empty field. The filled field would be automatically highlighted in green: 16

There are next function available for F5 wizard: - Switch views allows to swap the document`s and block`s windows: - Expand function allows to fit the document size to the width of wizard`s window: - Next and Previous buttons allows operator to transit between the documents - Break closing the wizard and discarding all the changes that were provided during current session. - Save saving all of the entered data to the server and populate it to the fields. Verify Batch Mode Verify Batch Mode in which operator confirms or changes any characters deemed suspicious by the system and flagged for the verification. The operator may also access and modify the un-flagged characters if desired. This mode can also be configured by the Administrator to be used as the Manual Entry mode for the fields that are not recognized automatically but should be entered by the operator from the image (key from image fields) zoomed in for the keying convenience. To start the mode for the whole batch, click Verify Batch button (or press F7). To start the mode for the currently selected document, click Verify Document button on the right of the name document. Use the Verification Dialogue buttons or keyboard shortcuts to navigate and confirm the verification results. The Verification dialog box shows a field which contains uncertain characters and the respective part of the original image in the panel below. To confirm the low confident characters, click Confirm. To change, type in the replacement characters. You can use Insert and Delete buttons to insert and delete characters. 17

Note: the operator can never confirm something that is not visible on the screen. If the field is too long, only the portion that fits into the view is confirmed, and then the next portion is scrolled into the view for a separate confirmation click. Validate Batch Mode Validate Batch Mode is where the system highlights the documents that have at least one critical discrepancy (marked with a red cross on the Batch Tree) or at least one warning (marked with a yellow warning sign on the Batch Tree), brings the first such document into focus and allows the operator either to resolve the discrepancies or accept the warnings. To start the mode for the whole batch, click Validate Batch button or press F8. To start the mode for the currently selected document only, click Validate Document on the right of the name document. Use the Accept with Warning button to navigate and confirm the validation results, or modify the field values to re-run the validation rules. All warnings are accepted one click for currently document. Note: the critical errors must be resolved, operator can override and accept only warnings. 18

Verification Wizard Mode Verification Wizard Mode with flexible, configurable order of steps. All steps of verification necessary for the batch can be done now in the Verification Wizard. The administrator can configure which steps, and in which order, should be included into the Verification Wizard. All that the operator needs to do is click on the Verification Wizard button on the toolbar or press the F3 key on the keyboard and follow all the steps the wizard proposes. The settings can be different per each workflow type, as defined by the Administrator in the Workflow Settings. General Wizard Sequence Settings: The main interface Verification Wizard (F3) window to the Thin Client Verification Station: Below is a brief list of all actions in this mode: 19

Confirm confirmation of the operation in wizards (F5, F6, F7, F8) Next this is a button to go to the next mode Previous or Break All Previous - return to mode Break All break all operation in wizard F3. Note: All modes (F5, F6, F7, F8) can be used separately. 2.5 Working with Auto-Find Document and data capture, along with Self-Learning Technology provides the highest degree of accuracy and automation for all types of documents; with the most rapid Return On Investment. Artsyl s Auto-Find Self-Learning Technology eliminates manual template creation, as well as configuration and programming efforts. It automatically locates data fields across incoming documents. Artsyl s Auto-Find Self-Learning Technology learns to identify documents and field locations, by remembering the operator s pattern of mouse movements and clicks, during manual Click-to-Capture mode. This system reduces the time spent on entering data across documents. Users will notice information sorting has been optimized, from the second time you input a similar document in capture mode. As more documents of the same type are regularly captured, the system auto-adjusts and finetunes itself, according to the operator s selections, during the data capture process. Auto-Find can be set to learn per vendor, or per document type, or per a combination of different learning methods. Refer to the Administration Guide for full details of setting up the Auto-Find add-on module and selecting self-learning parameters. When a document is processed with a profile for which Auto-Find is enabled, there can be two main scenarios how the self-learned data extraction is applied to extract data: 1) This type of document was learned already before, on previous batches, and the batch went through the Recognition Station, where Auto-Find was successfully applied and the fields extracted automatically. In this case, the document arrives to the Thin Client Verification Station with all self-learning fields filled-in, and the operator isn t required to capture the fields with the mouse (some verification of low confident characters may be necessary though of course). This case is called Auto-Find on the Server since the Recognition Station is a Windows Service that typically runs on the server end. 2) The document went through the Recognition Station; however Auto-Find could not detect the fields on the server side automatically as in scenario 1 above. So the automatic extraction failed on the server end based on the information learned before. At this point, an operator should try to learn Auto-Find on the current document. To view a new search by Auto-Find, the operator needs to go to another document of the batch. This case is called Auto-Find on Demand since the extraction of data by Auto-Find technology is happening on the Thin Client Verification station on demand by the operator. The two scenarios above describe how Auto-Find is working once it already learned the document. The next section concentrates on how the self-learning system does the learning, how the operator can impact that, and how the operator can correct incorrectly learned information or modify the learning where documents changed their formatting significantly to the point that the old learned information should be flashed from the knowledge base. 20

To apply the Auto-Find to all fields at one click, based on the previous Auto-Find search, menu item Tools -> Auto-Find -> Search Document Now should be selected: batch. To be able to apply the learned knowledge on the next document of the same type within the same batch, Learn/Re-Learn Document Now should be selected once all fields are click-entered by the operator on the first document. To delete the entire record about this document type (for example, all knowledge about this vendor for typical AP processing), menu item Tools -> Auto-Find -> Flush Document Knowledge should be selected: To immediately learn a new document class, menu item Tools ->Auto-Find -> Learn/Re-Learn Document Now should be selected: To delete only the information about the currently processed data field, (for example, the knowledge about this vendor terms field when the focus on the main data form is on the terms field), menu item Tools -> Auto-Find -> Flush Field Knowledge should be selected: Note: normally the learning is happening when the batch is being sent back to the server. At that point a new document class is being created right in the server-side main knowledge base of the Auto-Find. However, sometimes there are several same type documents within one 21

Also there are abilities to clean the Auto-Find database for for the workflow of the currently processing batch or currently selected profile using: - Tools -> AutoFind -> Flush Workflow Knowledge - Tools -> AutoFind -> Flush Profile Knowledge Recommendations for the use of Auto-Find: As a classification field it is recommended to select the fields that identify the specific form of the document, and are usually well-recognizable (not too big / small letters, apart from the other blocks of text). For this purpose, it is better to select the values of fields: Phone Number, Fax, Vendor Name, , Web site, and Address. It is desirable that the classification field is found only once on the document. Or, there were no two fields that contain the field value of the classification and are within ¼ page. Otherwise, AF will try to work on the field found above the other one. 2.6 Sending a Batch Captured, fully verified and validated batch can be sent for further processing. To send the processed batch to the server, click the Done button on the menu. 2.7 Postpone Batch Postpone Batch - allows postponing the batch to the same operator, to another operator, or in general to any operator with enough credentials to have access to verification of this workflow type batches. - Postpone for same operator To do this action for the whole batch, click Postponed Batch button: In case the second option is selected, Postpone for different operator, the drop-down list allows selecting the operator among those that have access rights to work with this workflow type. - Postpone for common queue - Postpone for different operator Note: batch can postpone with save changes (click Save button) or resetting all the changes (click Discard button) provided to the batch during current session. 22

2.8 Toolbars and Menu docalpha Thin Client Verification Station s user-friendly, intuitive, and results-driven interface makes it easy to use the program without very little end-user training. It takes new users almost no time to master the main functions. docalpha Thin Client Verification Station s interface can be customized by the operator to suit the individual s workspace preferences: Note: it can be hide, if click two up arrows image : 2. To set the position to be horizontal click the button on the toolbar: Change position the Image Control Toolbar Switch to Text Menu of the Main Document Processing Toolbar The access to the station operations is performed via the following UI controls: Toolbars: o Image Control Toolbar o Main Document Processing Toolbar Menu: o Menu that gives access to Color Theme and accessing the Auto-Find commands Thin Client Verification Station Toolbars The main window of docalpha Thin Client Verification Station features several movable toolbars. Toolbar buttons provide accelerated access to program commands. The same commands can be executed from the program menu or with keyboard shortcuts. The Image Control Toolbar allows basic image transformations and provides the zooming control, it can be positioned vertically or horizontally: 1. This position is default: Detailed commands description: - Zoom image in; - Zoom image out; - Actual Image Size; - Preview Page; - Next Page. - Table Capture: Click-Per-Cell Mode (Move Right) button - Table Capture: Click-Per-Cell Mode (Move Down) button - Table Capture: Click-Per-Column Mode button - Table Capture: Click-Per-Row Mode button - Table Capture: Click-Per-Table Mode button 23

The Main Document Processing Toolbar allows verification and validation of one document or the whole batch in several different modes, as well as the ability to save partially processed data or postpone the batch back to the server to a specific operator or to any available operator: To switch Text Menu, click on the Two down arrows image : Detailed commands description: Validate Batch Structure, this mode is used to confirm the document classification results (F6). Field-by-Field Wizard, F5 mode allows operator to isolate his interface from all windows except Field`s and Image Preview windows. It makes the click-capturing process much faster and convenient Verify Batch, starts Character Verification Mode in which the operator confirms or changes any characters deemed suspicious by the system and flagged for the verification. This button starts batch-level Character Verification operation. (F7) Validate Batch, starts Document Validation Mode where the system highlights the documents that have at least one critical discrepancy (marked with a red cross on the Batch Tree) or at least one warning (marked with a yellow warning sign on the Batch Tree), brings the first such document into focus and allows the operator to either resolve the discrepancies or accept the warnings. (Note: the critical errors must be resolved, operator can override and accept only warnings). This button starts batch-level Rules Validation operation (F8). 24

Verification Wizard this mode is used to confirm all the steps the wizard proposes, the settings can be different per each workflow type, as defined by the Administrator in the Workflow Settings. To start this mode, press F3. Postpone Batch, allows postponing the batch to the same operator, to another operator, or in general to any operator with enough credentials to have access to verification of this workflow type. Done, sends the fully processed batch to the server Rules and Blocks Toolbars Apply Sticky - if this function was turned on for V-profile at Administration station for any block, provide the value for such block to one of the documents of the current batch and click onto this button. This action will automatically fill the same fields of other documents of the batch with the same value as for first manually entered field.
