4 1 Transfer from a Configuration Computer with Windows 7 using Ethernet 1.1 Instructions For transfer of a WinCC (TIA Portal) configuration using Ethernet you must make settings on the operator panel and on the configuration computer. Please note that the IP address of the PC on the Ethernet network must be unique.
