4 REGISTRATION Please enter a valid address Please enter 6-24 characters including numbers, letters Please reconfirm your password Click here for verification 1. Enter your address 2. The login password is alphanumeric with at least 6 characters and less than 24 characters When you have finished entering your login password, please enter your login password again for confirmation. 3. Upon clicking, the image of a missing puzzle with be displayed. Please drag and fit into the puzzle. 4. Please read the TokenX terms of service. Please check the box if you agree with it s term of use. Please press Sign Up button to proceed,

5 Upon pressing the Sign Up button, you will be directed to the screen on the left. A confirmation will be sent to the addresses you entered. Please click on the URL stated in the and activate your account address. Once clicked on the URL in the , the address with become activated and proceed to the screen on the left. Please proceed to login with your address and password registered previously. When the login is completed, you will be directed to perform an identity verification text.

6 IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION PROCESS Name : Enter in English Please enter your name in English Birthday : Please select Christian calendar year, month, day. Please enter your birthday in the Christian calendar year, month, day Please choose from the list of current nationality Please enter your city in English Nationality : Please select own nationality from selection window. City : Enter in English Address : Enter full address in English Please enter your full address in English Zip Code : Enter the zip code without any dashes Please enter the zip code without any dashes Please proceed to press next when you have filled up the form

7 IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION PROCESS On the next page, we will submit the identity confirmation document. B. The Passport is necessary for submitting your identification. Please click on the handled with passport box and upload the photo of yourself holding the passport page details clearly. One self-taken photograph (Selfie) with the document, held clearly. png, jpg","jpeg",files are acceptable and can have an upload size of 10MB. C. 8 IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION PROCESS Submitting the address confirmation documents One address confirmation document must be submitted in order for the account to be verified. A. Please proceed to upload a photo/document that will confirm the address as stated in your submission form. Documents for payment of public ultility charges (electricity/water/gas/mobile phone) etc must contain the three descriptions of Name, Address and Issuance Date. Bank Statement/Credit Balance Certificate are obtainable by applying at any bank. Please upload a document that is within 3 months of the current date of application. The identification documents at the current address must match the name of the identification card and it s details. Please check with TokenX Support Desk to verify if it is valid with the confirmation documents of the current address other than stated above. Once the form is filled, please proceed to click the Confirm Submission button.

9 IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION PROCESS Once submitted, the page on the left is displayed. If there are any inadequacies in the documents submitted, a member of the TokenX Support Staff will contact you. Based on the information entered, TokenX will conduct a strict judgement on the verification. Please note that there may be a possibility of a delay between an Opening of an account to the beginning of usage.

10 Resetting Account Password To reset your password, please click on Forgot Password, highlighted in red in the picture above.

11 Resetting Account Password Please enter your address related to your TokenX Account. Afterwhich, please proceed to verify. Upon clicking, the image of a missing puzzle with be displayed. Please drag and fit into the puzzle.

12 Resetting Account Password Click the Send Button to receive an for resetting the password. Login to your and key in the verification code, and input your Google Authenticator / SMS Verification key. Once the verification code has passed, please proceed to create a new password and click Done when completed.

13 Resetting Account Password If the password reset is successful, you should see a pop-up notifying you to that your password has been changed. Please proceed to login again.
