Associated with the software CALLISTO, It is easy to use and carries out rapid analyses in less than few minutes. _ Principle and innovation Based upon a combination of mechanical and vacuum dispersion, the OCCHIO ZEPHYR provides for a fast and accurate size and shape analysis of sieveable powders. The instrument combines a high quality imaging system with a robust mechanical quality design for at-line and on-line process control. The powder is dispersed by means of an aspiration system, air flow inside the pipe is maintained in laminar conditions. The region of capture of the image is close to the powder entry point. The system uses a combination of telecentric lens and collimated light. All the grains are within the focus region. 2

10 ZEPHYR LDA: CALLISTO TM CALLISTO TM : Software for particle/shape analysis OCCHIO s powerful software is an integral part of this revolutionary image analysis technique for all particle containing products: powders, suspensions, emulsions, foams and more. CALLISTO TM software allows particle size measurements, shape analysis and particle counting. 19 Imaging analyzers from 200 nm up to 3 cm VDD270: Your powder disperser for particles, emulsions, foams... This newly patented dispersion device will provide perfectly prepared sample slides. The disperser is directly placed onto the glass plate or a generic sampler holder. A plastic membrane separates the sample from the dispersion chamber. The membrane is automatically broken by differential pressure and the sample is dispersed directly onto the sampler holder, creating a homogeneous monolayer of particles..
