For these reasons, a person sitting at his desk has to adjust the level of the so that it is at eye-level to prevent hunch over. To reduce strain on one must position the screen in a location where there will be no glare. The should be placed just above the level of your lap, more or less at height. This should ensure that the person has the proper shoulder alignment. Sometimes, computer users use a pad behind the keyboard for better relaxation. Also, a person should be able to sit comfortably in his/her. The lumbar support should fit comfortably into the curve of the lower back and the should be flat on the ground. If necessary, one should use a footrest. At all times, computer environments should be well. This reduces overheating of equipment and improves air quality for the user. [10 marks] 7 of 8
