1 SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS TE A CYBERSECURITY ALAYSIA s SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ENERAL REQUIREENTS CYBERSECURITY ALAYSIA s RQT LEVEL (See Note 1 ) TICK IF BIDDER COPLY (See Note BIDDER S REARKS (INCLUDIN DETAILS/REASONS AND ATTACHENT) IF BIDDER DOES NOT COPLY BIDDER S REARKS IF ANY ATTACHENT) COPLIANCE STATEENT 1.0 SCOPE OF WORKS 1.1 Bidder UST fully comply with the scope of works, which include the supply, delivery, testing, commissioning, handover and acceptance of the hardware specified in Bill of Quantities and Price Schedules. 1.2 The hardware shall be delivered (including appropriate packaging) to CyberSecurity alaysia, Selangor, alaysia. 1.3 Bidder s partial compliance to the said scope of works shall be disqualified. 1.4 Bidder shall ensure the deployment of the hardware including the operating system and other relevant application (if required) as well as technical support and assistance. I 2.0 BIDDER S RESPONSIBILITY 2.1 The bidder shall review this document and take full responsibility of obtaining information from CyberSecurity alaysia as may be required to meet the specifications and requirements. I 2.2 The bidder shall review and fulfill all specifications and requirements before committing to sign the purchase agreement. 2.3 The bidder shall be the authorized representative of the hardware distributor in alaysia. The bidder UST provide letter of confirmation or appointment from the original hardware manufacturer for our reference. Bidder shall be responsible for any translation cost incurred (if any) in regard to the submission of the documentation required by this tender. 4.2 CyberSecurity alaysia reserves the right to reproduce all or part of the document submitted by the bidder for internal use. 4.3 Bidder to provide brochures and other relevant documentation for the proposed hardware. 5.0 WARRANTY REQUIREENTS 5.1 All items warranty UST be one (1) year standard hardware warranty and services from the commissioning date of hardware and software and acceptance by CyberSecurity alaysia. 5.2 Bidder to provide the details on the remedial and/or preventive maintenance schedule during warranty in the proposal, if such maintenance offers by vendor. 5.3 The warranty shall include both parts and labor. The replacement shall be done within the same day without extra charge. 6.3 The bidder shall be responsible for any incidence occurred during transportation of the unit to CyberSecurity alaysia site.
