1 S REARKS (INCLUDING DETAILS/REASONS AND IF DOES NOT S REARKS IF ANY A GENERAL REQUIREENTS 1.0 SCOPE OF WORKS 1.1 Bidder UST fully comply with the scope of works, which include the supply, delivery, testing, commissioning, handover and acceptance of the hardware and software specified in Bill of Quantities. Bidder partial compliance with the said scope of works shall be disqualified. 1.2 The hardware and software shall be delivered (including appropriate packaging) to CyberSecurity alaysia at Level 7, SAPURA@INES, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. 1.3 Deployment must be done during Normal Business Days (onday to Friday, exclude Selangor Public Holidays) on Normal Business Hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm). 2.0 S RESPONSIBILITY 2.1 The bidder shall review this document and take full responsibility of obtaining information from CyberSecurity alaysia as may require to meet the specifications and requirements. I 2.2 The bidder shall review and fulfill all specifications and requirements before committing to sign the purchase agreement. 2.3 The bidder shall be the authorized representative of the hardware and software in alaysia. The bidder shall provide letter of confirmation or appointment from the original hardware and software manufacturer/distributor for our reference. Bidder shall be responsible for any translation cost incurred (if any) in regard to the submission of the documentation required by this Sebutharga. 3.2 CyberSecurity alaysia reserves the right to reproduce all or part of the documents submitted by the bidder for internal use. G 4.0 WARRANTY AND AINTENANCE SUPPORT REQUIREENTS 4.1 For item 3.2 in the Bill of Quantities, the warranty UST be one (1) year standard hardware and software warranty and services from the date of hardware and software commissioning and acceptance by CyberSecurity alaysia. 4.2 For item 1.1, 1.2,1.3, 1.4, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 in the Bill of Quantities, the warranty UST be three (3) years standard hardware and software warranty and services from the date of hardware and software commissioning and acceptance by CyberSecurity alaysia. aintenance & support services for all the items shall also be for duration of three (3) years Bidder to provide the details on the remedial/preventive maintenance schedule during warranty in the proposal (if any). The warranty shall include both parts and labor. 3 S REARKS (INCLUDING DETAILS/REASONS AND IF DOES NOT S REARKS IF ANY 5.0 DELIVERY REQUIREENTS 5.1 Successful bidder shall complete the entire scope of works within four (4) to six (6) weeks after receipt of Letter of Acceptance from CyberSecurity alaysia. 5.2 CyberSecurity alaysia has the authority to reject any kind of bugs during or after installation (within the warranty period) and the replacement equipment or any labor shall be done without extra charge. 5.3 The bidder shall be responsible for any incidence occurred during transportation of the units to CyberSecurity alaysia site. 6.0 EXPERIENCE REQUIREENTS 6.1 Bidder shall possess a minimum of two (2) years similar experience for this provision. G 6.2 Bidder to provide list of past client for CyberSecurity alaysia s reference.
