3 HEAVY FIXINGS Through bolts Excellent Good Not suitable TM C 7 TM-FL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TM C 7 is a steel through bolt with ETA approval option 7 suitable for heavy fixings on uncracked concrete in compression zone. TM-FL is a steel through bolt, suitable for heavy fixing on primary structures. When the nut is tightened, the fixing clip comes up along the body of the anchor, expanding it against the hole walls. MAIN APPLICATIONS Steel constructions, laying of rails, shelves, staircases, railings, handrails, cable-bearing structures, machineries, spiral staircases, gates, ventilated façade structures, steel profiles, guardrails on ramps, self-climbing scaffoldings, metal shelving. FEATURES Excellent capacity of installation on uncracked concrete in compression zone. The fixing clip expands uniformly in the hole allowing excellent pull-out values. Blunt cone improving insertion of the through bolt. Reduced distance between the anchors and from the edge. The tapered shank at the top allows hammering the through bolt without damaging the thread. Easiness and quickness of installation. ASSEMBLY SEQUENCE ADVICE FOR INSTALLATION Drilling of the base material with SDS plus drill or similar. Make sure that the hole depth is enough. Remove the drilling dust in base material with a suitable blowing pump by inserting it at the base of the hole for the outflow of the residual dust. Choose the correct anchor size on the base of the object to be fixed. If the object is not perforated use the suitable drill for its material with larger diameter than the hole on base material. Place the nut under the strike point to avoid any damage to the threading. Tighten the through bolt with the suitable wrench using the specified torque. 3
