1 CTIPC CAMERAS 1/ Interface of mobile application CTRONICS ***Notice*** The interface images in this document are taken from APP of ios version. The interface of APP of Android version may be a little different. 1. Main Interface The mobile application allows connection up to 4 CTIPC series cameras from CTRONICS at the same time. On the main interface you may Eind the list of all cameras with their connection status and ID number (UID). You can add or delete a camera on this interface (image 1). image 1 image 2 - Add a new camera Please refer to Chapter 2 Camera ConEiguration of the installation manual delivered with the camera. - Delete an existing camera Touch Edit on top to the right of the interface to delete a camera, or slide the camera bar to the left to show delete option. 2 CTIPC CAMERAS 2/ - Real-time Surveillance Touch the image on the camera bar to enter real-time surveillance interface. (image 3) image 3 ***Attention: Functions on this interface are not available on all CTIPC cameras. Please refer to product description or contact the seller for available fonctions of different models. - Watch pictures (image 4) Touch Picture icon and select a camera to watch the pictures taken manually during real-time surveillance. These pictures are saved in the memory of your smartphone or tablet. - Watch vidéos (image 5) Touch Video icon and select a camera to watch recorded videos. Videos taken manually during real-time surveillance can be found in Local Eile. These videos are saved in the memory of your smartphone or tablet. Automatically recorded videos can be found in online Eile. These videos are saved in the SD card of the camera. Mobile application does not allow you to work on videos saved in the SD card. If you hope to work on these videos, you ll need to?ind a computer of the same network and visit the camera with a navigator. Please refer to Chapter 5 Web Visit in the installation manual.

Interface of the menu Camera Setting Touch the information info (image ) on the camera bar to enter into the menu of Camera Setting. - Change Password For every camera, default password is admin. You may modify the password to protect your camera. - Alarm Setting (image 7) The camera is able to detect movement and trigger an alarm. On this interface, you can enable or disable motion detection and deeine sensitivity for motion detection. The camera adopts infra-red technology for motion detection and infrared is not able to distinguish humain being and other objects like tress and birds. Any motion within the vision of the camera may trigger an alarm. Due to this fact, we suggest to enable motion detection only for indoor cameras. For outdoor cameras, users can try to de?ine areas for motion detection so as to reduce unnecessary alarms.

4 CTIPC CAMERAS 4/ image image 7 - Action with Alarm (image 8) This interface allows you to deeine the actions of the camera when detecting motion. Alarm Noti?ications: You ll receive an alarm message on your smartphone or tablet; Alarm SD REC: The camera will start recording video and save it in SD card; alarm with Pictures: The camera will send pictures to your address; For this function, you ll need to input information in Setting. Save Snapshots/Video on FTP If you have your own FTP server, you may save the snapshots and video to your server when there s an alarm.

5 CTIPC CAMERAS 5/ image 8 image 9 In order to save video to the FTP server, it s necessary to install SD card in the camera. Without SD card, video cannot be saved to FTP server. Snapshot Number Selection the number of pictures to be sent when the camera sends alarm to your addresss. - Timing Record (image 9) Once SD card is installed, by default the camera will start recording videos in continuous mode. Record Timer is set to All Day. You may disable recording if needed. With Duration, you may deeine the length of each saved video Eile. 1. If you hope to record videos only when the camera detects motion, you may set Record Timer to None and enable Alarm SD REC in Action with Alarm. 2. For a more detailed recording program, you may use PC software HiP2P or PC navigator to visit camera setting.

6 CTIPC CAMERAS / - Audio Setting Set audio parameters. - Vidéo Setting Set video parameters. - Wi-Fi Setting Select Wi-Fi network for the camera. - SD Card Setting Check SD card storage and format SD card in case of need. The camera will erase earliest recordings automatically when the card memory is full. - Time Setting Set time of the camera. - Setting Input information if you ve enabled Alarm with Pictures. - FTP Setting Input FTP server information if you ve enabled Save Snapshots/Video on FTP Server. - System Setting Restart the camera / Initialize the camera. After initialization of the camera, all parameters of the camera will be reset to factory default setting. Users of PTZ cameras will need to modify Baudrate of the camera on 900 to be able to control their cameras in mobile application and PC software.
