Here at Pland Stainless we have become something of a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of stainless steel sanitaryware and sinks for the healthcare market. The latest addition to our range of products are endoscopy and decontamination sinks. In line with recent healthcare advice and JAG report, sinks made with a Rise and Fall that can be adjusted in height are ergonomically more user friendly as they place less stress and fatigue on the operator. The Pland range includes a number of models available as fixed unit or as a rise and fall option, so they can be adjusted to the height of the user. The Corsica rise and fall options come with a choice of manual or electro mechanical control, making it an altogether more comfortable work station to operate in. Pland s endoscopy products are made from Grade 316 stainless steel, a more corrosion resistant alloy, perfect where stronger cleaning agents are regularly used. As with all Pland Stainless products, they are produced as standard in the most popular sizes but made to measure bespoke sizes can be designed and manufactured too in our UK Leeds facility. A selection of Corsica Rise and Fall Endoscopy sinks and tables have already been installed in some prestigious healthcare projects. 2 for Healthcare

3 Endoscopy Corsica High Splash Back - Height adjustable sink Corsica with high splash back Our new Rise and fall electromechanical Corsica endoscopy sink is shown here fitted in a UK hospital. This model comes with 250mm high splash backs in double bowl configurations. The unit is made from 1.5mm 316 grade stainless steel and is shown here fitted with easy control Forth lever taps. This height adjustable sink is powered from a main supply and has a 300mm range of motion controlled via the switches located on the front of the unit. The popular standard sizes for this unit are show below, although bespoke sizes can be manufactured to order. 4 Corsica Low Back - Height adjustable sink Endoscopy HA2265DL This Corsica Rise and fall electromechanical endoscopy sink model has been produced with a low splash back to the clients requirements. This unit shows a left hand drainer with double bowl configuration. The unit is made from 1.5mm 316 grade stainless steel and is shown here fitted with easy lever control, deck mounted bridge mixer taps. This height adjustable sink is powered from a main supply and has a 300mm range of motion controlled via the switches located on the front of the unit. 5 Endoscopy Corsica Packing Table - Manual rise and fall table Corsica Packing Table These new Corsica stainless steel tables provide a variable working height for the comfort of the user. They are manually controlled, rise and fall tables that can be easily adjusted in height from 741mm to 1041mm to suit the height of the user, ensuring for a more user friendly working environment. The table has been tested to 90kg working load. These tables come in the standard sizes as below, but can also be manufactured to be-spoke fabricated sizes to accommodate individual needs. 6 Endoscopy Mauritius - Twin trough endoscopy sink Our Mauritius range of fixed height endoscopy cleaning sinks are made from 1.5mm 316 (1,4401) specification stainless steel. The Mauritius range comes in a popular 2200x750mm size as standard with double bowl and a choice of left or right hand drainer. Each bowl is 550 x 500 x 250mm and the unit comes with adjustable feet, sound deadening pads and integral earth tag. Bespoke sizes can be made to order. Shown in the lower image is a version with twin troughs, each of dimensions 1095 x 300 x 150mm deep showing our versatility in offering bespoke products. 7 Endoscopy Grenada - Endoscopy sink HSEN2260DL Grenada is our range of fixed height endoscopy sinks supplied complete with storage base units. Manufactured in 316 grade stainless steel our standard unit measures 2200 x 600mm. The sink top can be double bowl with single handed drainer, either left hand or right hand. drainer configuration. The unit comes with double sliding doors and half height back panel, a 600mm x 530mm single cupboard and a 1500 x 530mm cabinet with sliding doors options for adding factory fitted locks.
