For use on printed circuit bords, contct blocks nd lmpholders with solder pins re lso vilble. Stndrds IC , N (V 0660 Prt 200), IC , N (V 0660 Prt 210) for MRGNCY-STOP mushroom pushbuttons. Version with flt connector For PCB mounting For use on printed circuit bords, specil contct blocks nd lmpholders for soldering into the printed circuit bord re vilble. For this purpose, the blocks re fitted with 0.8 mm 0.8 mm solder pins of length 3.5 mm. 7 3SB2 Pushbuttons nd Indictor Lights, 16 mm Generl dt esign esign versions Two design versions cn be mounted: Round design: The 3SB2 pushbuttons nd indictor lights re ssembled with the modules ctutor, holder, contct block nd lmpholder. epending on the specific ppliction, vrious versions cn be ssembled. Complete units re offered for the most commonly used pplictions. Squre design: With squre, blck frmes the round units cn be given squre look. The frmes re inserted underneth the round ctutors. Further mounting is the sme s for the round version. Mounting nd fixing Mounting dimensions ccording to N (not pplicble to MRGNCY-STOP mushroom pushbuttons): 16,2 +0,2 For PCB mounting The commnd position comprises the ctutor, e. g. 3SB2 pushbutton, illuminted pushbutton or indictor light, which is mounted in the front plte, nd contct block nd lmpholder which re soldered to the PCB. For this purpose, the contct blocks nd lmpholders re fitted with 0.8 mm 0.8 mm solder pins of length 3.5 mm. Mounting nd fixing Mounting dimensions ccording to N The ctutors re mounted in the sme wy s 3SB2 front plte mounting devices. The contct blocks nd lmpholders re plugged into the printed circuit bord by mens of their solder pins nd cn be flowsoldered. After soldering, the devices must be flush with the bord nd perpendiculr to it. The printed circuit bord must be supported on spcing bolts so tht it cnnot sg or bend more thn 0.1 mm. b NS0_00002 Minimum spcing b Round version Squre version without inscription lbel Round nd squre version with inscription lbel For 2 selector switches with 3 switch positions, ltching, side by side For mounting, the ctutor or the lens ssembly is inserted from the front into the hole in the front plte. Four smll nubs ensure secure fitting in the hole. The holder is plugged on the ctutor or the lens ssembly from behind nd utomticlly snps into plce. The module is screwed down tightly with 2 screws on the holder nd thus levels pnel thickness from 1 to 6 mm. One or two contct blocks cn be mounted on the holder. They re inserted into the holder with slide slots nd held down with two snp brckets. If commnd position is fitted with n indictor light or illuminted pushbutton, lmp socket with lmpholder must be used insted of holder. It is suitble for incndescent lmps or Ls with bses of type W2 4.6d. Terminls The contct blocks nd the lmpholder re equipped with flt connectors cc. to IC which cn lso be used s solder connections.
