3 3 2. SmartPlug Installation 3. App Download & Installation Compatible: iphone, ipad or ipod Touch (requires ios version 6.1 or later), or Android Smartphone or Tablet (requires Android version 4.0 or later) Make sure your device is connnected with Wi-Fi. The SmartPlug supports Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz The SmartPlug can NOT support the public network needed to be authorized.

4 Two ways to download the App 3.1. Download ZeboraPlug App from Apple Store for ios or from Google s Play Store for Android For quick installation, please scan the QR code (shown below) to download and install ZeboraPlug. After scan the QR code, please select the right App for your device (ios or Android). If your Android device could not access Google s Play Store, please search ZeboraPlug on Google website and install directly. App QR Code 4

5 5 4. Set up your SmartPlug Step 1. Plug in the SmartPlug + Step 2. Open ZeboraPlug App, click on the top right corner, select Setup Wi-Fi Connection Step 3. Scan the QR code at the bottom of the plug to acquire UID. Then select a network name and input the Wi-Fi password if needed. Then click Start con iguration Wi-Fi.

6 6 Step 4. Waiting for con iguration The Wi-Fi connection is sucessful after the blue LED light (on the SmartPlug) stops blinking and stays with blue light(solid blue), and you will see Online, 1user. Step 5. Start to Play Click the SmartPlug ID, then click the circle icon to switch Red/Green to control the SmartPlug remotely. The Red indicates the power is OFF and Green indicates the power is ON.

7 Plug is OFF Plug is ON For Android users: Click icon, you can switch ON/OFF to control the SmartPlug remotely. This Green Status indicates Plug is ON This Blue Status indicates Plug is OFF 6. Add Online SmartPlug If the SmartPlug has already connected with Wi-Fi (the blue LED light is on solid blue status), and you would like to add to other devices (eg. second cellphone). Please use this step!

8 The plug allows maximum 3 online users to control it. Step 1. Download and install ZeboraPlug to the second device. Step 2. Click + icon and select Add Online device Step 3. Scan the QR code(at the bottom of plug) to acquire the plug UID or input the UID manually, then click OK. If the device and the SmartPlug share in the same network, click the Search (LAN) to acquire the SmartPlug ID. Then click OK. (The password is 8888 by default). Step 4. Click SmartPlug ID/ New Device to inish the setup. 8

9 7. Settings 7.1. Date and Time Setting (a must) Open the SmartPlug, then click the Settings Icon, select your Local Time Zone, and click Device Time Sync With App. Then the time of plug will be Sync. with your device Change Plug Password Open the SmartPlug, then click the Key Icon. Input the Current Password and set the new Password.The default password is Set a schedule to turn ON/OFF the SmartPlug automatically. Click the Time Icon, then click + at the top right corner, choose the day or time, turn ON/OFF and click OK to inish the setting. Then the SmartPlug can be turned ON/OFF according to your time setting.

10 8. Troubleshooting Q: Cannot power on or connect the SmartPlug with Device? A: * Check your power source. * Please reset the SmartPlug to reconnect if you fail connection. To reset, please press and hold the Power button for ~5 seconds. Q: Cannot go Online, it shows Of line A: * Check if your Wi-Fi setting is correct, correct Wi-Fi password maybe needed. * Check if your router is working properly. * Check your Wi-Fi signal, your device may not be connected due to poor Wi-Fi signal. Q: Cannot connect to Wi-Fi or the Wi-Fi signal is poor. A: * Make sure Wi-Fi is available and you are authorized (with correct password) to connect. * The device may be too far from the router. Move the plug closer to the router.

11 11 Q: What does the Blue LED light(on the SmartPlug) indicate? A: * Blue LED light Slow Flash : Ready for new connection * Blue LED light Fast Flash : In progress for connection * Blue LED light Solid Blue : Wi-Fi connected. Q: I set up a schedule to control ON/OFF, but it doesn't work. A: Make sure your SmartPlug's Time Sync with your device. Please refer to Date and Time Setting on the above "7. 1 Settings".
