To get you up and running with your ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer there are four main steps. Firstly you will need to download the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer software on to your tablet.

Next you need to customise the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer software to display ARTISTRY product recommendations from Australia and New Zealand. The good news is you will only need to do these 3 steps once!

1 To get you up and running with your ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer there are four main steps. Firstly you will need to download the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer software on to your tablet. Then you will need to connect your ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer to your tablet to register it. Next you need to customise the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer software to display ARTISTRY product recommendations from Australia and New Zealand. The good news is you will only need to do these 3 steps once! The final step is to reconnect to the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer to your tablet so you can do an analysis with your first customer. 1. Download the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer program on to your Tablet 2. Connect your personal ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer to your tablet 3. Download the Australian and New Zealand product recommendations. 4. Reconnect your ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer to your tablet to conduct an analysis. Step 1 Download & Install Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store 1

2 Type ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer in the search bar. When the App appears, click the download icon. After downloaded Click on OPEN Select language Click on English ANZ *Why do I click the English ANZ version and not English US or the English SEA version? The English ANZ version is loaded with the product recommendation, information and language for Australia and New Zealand. 2

Click on the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer App The App will open and this box

3 Alert message asking if you want to restart the program Click on OK Program restarts and takes you back to the home screen. Click on the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer App The App will open and this box will automatically appear: ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer would like to access your photos. Click on OK 3

Next this box will automatically appear ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer would like to send notifications. Click on ALLOW if you would like to receive alerts or notifications.

Congratulations, you have effectively downloaded the App, and the good news is once you have completed this process you won t need to do it again because the App will remain as an icon on your tablet. 4

5 Step 2 Connect Next you will need to sync your Artistry Skin Analyzer device to the App. Turn on the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer. Press the Power on/off button When the charger indicator light window stops flashing (blue light) it will be ready to use. Now you need to connect your ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer to your tablet via Wi-Fi. 5

6 Go to your home screen. Click on SETTINGS Click on Wi-Fi Look for a connection / network starting with ASL, this is your ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer. Click the connection to connect your device to the Wi-Fi. 6

7 You will see a pop up asking for your password. The password is exclusive to your device and is found underneath the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer battery cover so you will need to remove the cover to see the password. To remove the cover, face the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer lens to the right and slide down the outer cover (similar to removing a mobile phone battery cover). Enter the password (PW) 7

8 Congratulations, you have now successfully connected your ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer device to the App and the good news is this step does not need to be repeated in future as your device Wi-Fi will always come up on the network list when it is turned on. Step 3 Setup To download the product recommendation you need to remain in settings and find your normal Wi-Fi network. Click on your Wi-Fi network. This will disconnect your tablet from the Artistry Skin Analyzer and reconnect your tablet to the internet Wi-Fi. 8

9 Go back to your home screen and click the Artistry Skin Analyzer App. Open settings Go to Device Activation. Click on Get Certification 9

10 You will see a pop up Alert Device certification is complete Click on OK Select Agree and Click on OK Device Activation screen will appear. Press Product Download button 10

11 You will see a pop up Alert Downloading the recommended product. After downloading the product is automatically adapted Click OK Be patient as the product download can take a few minutes When the download is complete you will receive a pop up message Click OK 11

You are now ready to do a skin analysis.

12 Congratulations you are all set up and ready to start your first analysis. You can familiarise yourself with the Settings and make and changes. You are now ready to do a skin analysis. Make sure you go to your internet settings to reconnect the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer (ASL ) via Wi-Fi to your ipad to do a skin analysis. 12
