1 Subpart 1: SIM Only Orders on or after 10th April 2017 All Charges are stated exclusive of VAT. The Charges detailed in this Entry apply to Contracts for BT Business Mobile SIM Only except as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT. 1. Charging Information Call, Texts and Data Charges Calls, Texts and Data: (a) in excess of any inclusive allowance; or (b) which are not included in an inclusive allowance, will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10b of the. 4 (ii) Voice calls made within the UK to UK fixed lines (01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers); (iii) Voice calls from the Europe Zone to UK fixed lines (01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers) and UK mobile users; (iv) Voice calls from Europe Zone to Europe Zone fixed lines and mobiles; (v) Voic retrievals from UK and Europe Zone. (b) The following call types are excluded from the Inclusive Minutes Allowance set out in Table 1 above: (i) Voice calls to non-geographic numbers; (ii) Voice calls to directory enquiries; (iii) Voice calls to premium rate services; (iv) Voice calls made from the UK or Europe Zone to destinations outside the UK and Europe Zone; (v) Voice calls made outside the Europe Zone (c) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance applies per Connection and cannot be shared between Connections. (d) Any unused minutes from the Inclusive Minutes Allowance will be carried forward to the following month. Inclusive Texts Allowance (a) The Inclusive Text Allowance set out in Table 1 above, can be used as follows: (i) Texts from the UK to any UK mobile user; (ii) Texts from the Europe Zone to UK and Europe Zone mobiles. (b) The Inclusive Text Allowance set out in Table 1 above excludes the following; (i) MMS; (ii) Texts to premium rate services. (c) The Inclusive Texts Allowance applies per Connection and cannot be shared between Connections. (d) Any unused texts from the Inclusive Texts Allowance will be carried forward to the following month. Inclusive Data Allowance (a) The Inclusive Data Allowance set out in Table 1 above, can be used for data sent and received in the UK and Europe Zone. (b) The Inclusive Data Allowance applies per Connection and cannot be shared between Connections. (c) Any unused data from the Inclusive Data Allowance cannot be carried over to the next billing month. (d) As the data allowance included in the plan can be used in the Europe Zone, the Customer agrees that they will; OR (i) be opted out of the monthly EU regulated 50 euro data cap for roamed data used anywhere outside the UK and associated alerts. This is because the Customer will have an inclusive European allowance within their plan. (ii) be opted into the monthly 50 euro Rest of the World data cap and associated alerts (at 80% and up to spend limit) whilst Roaming outside of EU. (e) The Customer can opt to remove all Roaming data caps, at any time, subject to credit checks and approval. If the Customer selects this option they will not receive any spend alerts or capping when Roaming anywhere outside the UK. Unlimited BT Wi-fi Unlimited BT Wi-fi applies to all Connections for the Minimum Term of the Connection. (a) The unlimited BT Wi-fi is for use from a BT Wi-fi Site in the UK. 5 (b) The unlimited BT Wi-fi will be provisioned in the form of a voucher which the Customer will receive by to the contact address provided by the Customer to BT. (c) The Customer will connect to BT Wi-fi hotspots via the BT Wi-fi application downloaded from the relevant app store supported by their device subject to the BT Wi-fi application being available for the Customer's device. The Customer will enter the credentials into the BT Wi-fi Login screen in their browser when they connect to a hotspot. (d) Roaming using BT Wi-fi is not available with the Service. Roaming (which means using BT Wi-fi partner networks in the UK or abroad) may be obtained via a BT Wi-fi International Voucher which can be purchased at The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions available at Care Care applies to all Connections and includes: (a) Dedicated business support: Access to the customer service teams. (b) Replacement of Devices within warranty: the manufacturer's warranty on Devices is provided via BT - where a Device is faulty within the terms of the warranty, BT will replace this with an equivalent Device by the end of the next working day. BT may supply refurbished devices. (c) 90-day early upgrade: Customers may choose to upgrade their plan up to 90 days before the end of their Minimum Term, which may include a new Device depending on the plan chosen. Any outstanding Minimum Term remaining at the point of resign will be added to the Minimum Term applicable to the new plan. (d) Business voic all Connections come with voic accounts. BT may de-active inactive voic accounts. (e) Out of the box: Access to help and resources to get started with, including Device set-up and transferring content from other devices. Extra Speed 4G Extra speed 4G applies to all Connections for the Minimum Term of the Connection. With extra speed 4G, the maximum speed available through the network is capped at 60 Mbps rather than 30 Mbps on our standard 4G. The speeds the Customer will receive will be lower, and depend on factors such as the number of users, distance from the mast and the type of 4G handset used. 6 4. Extras Part 4 of Section 10b of the sets out the Extras available with SIM Only and the terms (including the Charges) which apply. Section 10:Section 10b: PAGE 6

Usage Limits UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap Once a BT SIM Card user has used any inclusive data allowance and/or additional data extras in any given billing month, BT will charge the Customer on a per MB basis for any further data usage as detailed in Part 6, Section 10b of the, unless stated otherwise in the Charges Schedule. BT may apply a cap on UK and Europe Zone data usage above a BT SIM Card user s inclusive data allowance and/or UK data extras, which will stop further use of data in the UK and Europe Zone for the remainder of the billing month ( UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap ). BT will send the BT SIM Card user an SMS alert when they have gone over any inclusive data allowance and/or UK and Europe Zone data extras, alerting them that further UK and Europe Zone data usage will be charged on a per MB basis. Upon reaching the UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap, the BT SIM Card user will receive a further SMS alert advising them that the UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap will be placed. The Customer acknowledges that the SMS alerts and UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap are not administered in real time, and may be subject to a delay, which means that the BT SIM Card user may incur Charges for usage beyond the UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap. The UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap will be lifted by BT at the start of the Customer s next billing period. The Customer may request that BT lifts the UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap prior to the end of the then current billing period. BT will only lift the UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap where there are no outstanding Charges on the Customer s accounts. Customers, including those who are able to opt out of the UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap, will be charged for all data usage above any inclusive data allowance and/or UK and Europe Zone data extras. The Customer acknowledges that some devices (those without text functionality) may not receive the alerts with respect to Data Roaming and the UK and Europe Zone Data Usage Cap. Conditions (a) General The Contract for SIM Only comprises, in the order of priority, highest first: (i) the Charges Schedule (where one is provided), including the Order; (ii) this ; (iii) Schedule to the General Terms (the Schedule ) (including any Annex) ; (iv) the General Terms; (v) the Welcome Letter where this states it forms part of the Contract.; and (vi) any other documents expressly incorporated by any of these documents or by agreement between BT and the Customer. The General Terms and Schedule to the General Terms can be found at (or any other url that BT advises to the Customer) under the heading: Mobile Service (Business). (b) BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)/ Blackberry 10 Service Where the Customer takes BIS or Blackberry 10, the terms and conditions for BIS and Blackberry 10 are set out in the Blackberry Annex to the Schedule. (c) Extras Where a Extra is applied to a Connection, the Contract will incorporate the terms and conditions applicable to the Extra (as detailed in Part 4 of Section 10 of the.) (d) Care is provided under the Customer's Contract for SIM Only: (i) Replacement of Devices is subject to the warranty terms in the Schedule. (ii) BT will de-active any mailboxes that are inactive for 3 consecutive months. A Charge may apply for reactivating the mailbox. BT will charge for calls to voic as set out above. 9 7. Termination Charges Where the Customer terminates the Contract, the Service, part of the Service or a Connection during the Minimum Term of any Connection, Termination Charges will apply, as set out in the Schedule. Section 10:Section 10b: PAGE 9
