The client purchases the prepaid card in the hotel. 2. Any telephone in the hotel can be used for calling. 3. When a call occurs, an automatic system will ask for the PIN number of the card and the number to call. 4. The system routes the call to its destination and once the call is over, the cost of it is discounted form the balance of the card. 14

The telephone to access the system starts in 902 (it has a certain cost that the hotel should charge to the client). Cards are also valid outside of the hotel (only within Spain). In this case, hotel s benefit is limited to the obtained by the sales of the card. * Service only valid within Spain territory 17
