12 How to Dial For an internal or intercom call Pick up your handset OR Press the speakerphone button OR Dial the station number, for example extension 103 The phone will ring it s that easy!
13 How to Dial To dial an outside number, you will need to first dial a dialing service number Usually, this is the number 9 for an outside line. However, it may be different so you should check with your administrator Pick up the phone (or hit the speakerphone button) Press 9 (or whatever dialing service you use) Dial the number just as you normally would (use 1 if it is long-distance, etc.)

15 Making & Receiving Calls REVIEW To dial just pick up the phone or hit the speakerphone button To call an internal user, just dial their extension To call an external user, dial 9 (or whatever dialing service you use) and the number Include 1 for long-distance, and the area code when appropriate. To answer a call pick up the handset or press the speaker phone button

26 Barge-in Monitor MSG: Press to leave your station number or message. CAMP-ON: Press to send a call waiting tone to a busy station (indicating that they have a call waiting). FLASH: Press to disconnect the line and re-seize. : Use the menu button and navigate to more options
27 Monitor, Join and Drop MONITOR: Press to listen to existing conversation (Barge-In Feature) JOIN: Press to join the conversation during Monitor DROP: Press to drop the conversation
28 Call Back Message: Press to request call back.
29 Transfer / Conference / Mute TRANS: Press to transfer a call to another station. CONF: Press to initiate a conference call. MUTE: Press to mute the handset, speakerphone, or headset microphone. Press the [SPEAKER] button to reactivate the microphone.
30 Record / Flash / ACNR RECORD: Press to record the current conversation. (if outfitted) FLASH: Press to disconnect the line and re-seize. ACNR: Press to set automatic called number redial.
31 Conference Dial the desired station number. (e.g.100) Station 100 answers the call. Press the [CONF] button.
32 Conference Dial the phone number of the next desired station (e.g.104).
33 Conference Station 104 answers the call. Press the [CONF] button twice. A 3-party conference is now established.
34 Voice Over To answer second (waiting) call, press the flashing [HOLD/SAVE] button. Whenever the [HOLD/SAVE] button is pressed, the call is switched between first and second call.
35 Functions when you re not on a call
36 Off Hook FWD: Press the [FWD] button to forward calls to another station, Voic , etc. CONF: Press the [CONF] button to initiate a conference call. REDIAL: Press the [REDIAL] button to call the last number dialed.
37 Redial Press the [REDIAL] soft button. Press the [OK] button to call the number listed or, press the down navigation key to view and scroll through more recently dialed numbers. When the party answers, begin talking.
38 Call Forward 1. Press Speaker 2. Press DND FWD button.
39 Call Forward Internal Options 0: Follow-me forward Enter follow-me station # 1: Unconditional 2: Busy 3: No answer 4: Busy/No answer Enter forward destination STA: station number, HUNT: Hunt group, VMIB: # (Forward to VMIU)
40 Call Forward External Options 5: Outside forward Unconditional with Speed Bin 6: Outside forward No Answer with Speed Bin 8: Outside forward Unconditional with Telephone Number 9: Outside forward No Answer with Telephone Number
41 Using Do Not Disturb DND: Press to block all incoming calls. DND
42 Speed Dial 1. Press [SPEED] button. 2. Dial speed bin number or press SPEED to search by name. (Station speed bin: , System speed bin: ) 3. Press OK to enter the dial by station / system speed name option
43 Pickup Groups Press the [PICKUP] button. Start talking.
44 Paging MEET ME: Press to answer a paging request.
45 Parking and Retrieving Calls A call can be parked in a parking location and the call can be retrieved by dialing the location number. (The call can also be picked up by another extension.). To park a call: Press [TRANS/PGM] and dial the Park Location( ). To retrieve a parked call at any station: Dial the Park Location ( ).

47 Flexible Button Programming 1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button. 2. Press the flexible button to be programmed. 3. Enter the desired feature code from Numbering Plan Code table in the SBX IP 320 User Guide. 4. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button to save.
48 Name Display on My Phone 1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button. 2. Dial "74". 3. Enter your name, see Entering character table on page 59 of the SBX IP 320 Users Guide. 4. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
49 Call Log Received Call: Received call list * Dialed Call: Dialed call list LOST CALL : Missed call list* * CLI (Calling Line ID) mandatory and CLI M-Wait feature must be enabled in Admin Program Press either the [OK] soft button or OK on the navigation button.

52 Call Log Press either the [OK] soft button or OK on the navigation button. Press the [SELECT] button to select the following functions: ANSWER, DEL CUR, DEL ALL, SAVE, NAME/TEL. BACK returns you to the previous screen Press [ANSWER] to call the displayed number.
53 Call Log Call Log Press [DEL CUR] to erase the currently displayed number. This screen appears next.
54 Call Log Press [DEL ALL] to erase all numbers. Press the [HOLD] button to confirm the "delete all" function. All numbers are erased.
55 Calling Line Identification Press the [SAVE] button to save the CLI. Press the [HOLD] button or OK on the navigation button to register the number in a speed dial bin.
56 Checking Name for a Telephone Number To check the name of the selected number, press the [NAME/TEL] button. To check the associated number if a name is displayed, press the [NAME/TEL] button.

71 Checking Voic ADD: Press to tag the current message with your comment before forwarding. REWIND: Press to repeat part of current message. CALLBK: Press to request a call back to the caller who left message.
72 Voic Options To record a personal greeting: 1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button and dial "61". 2. Press # to start recording. To forward my phone to voice mail: 1. Press the [SPEAKER] button 2. Press the [DND/FWD] button 3. Dial the type of forwarding you want: 1 = Unconditional 2 = Busy 3 = No Answer 4 = Busy and/or No Answer 4. Dial "#" (confirmation tone will be heard if forwarding has been set).
