Preparing response as per the instructions from regulator. Telecom VAS guideline BTRC published the TVAS guideline on 31 May 18; MNOs can provide services to own subscribers Majority of the other concerns are addressed MNOs are eligible to apply for license to offer operator agnostic services Evaluating different options for license application Tower Co. licensing guideline Licensing guideline was published on 1 Apr 18 where MNOs will not be eligible to participate BTRC finalized 4 licensees as per media reports Writ petition filed by GP before the Hon ble High Court challenging few provisions Hon ble High Court issued rule to Government and BTRC Tariff Circuit Revision of Voice BTRC revised tariff circuit in order to introduce single floor price for all MNOs effective from 14 Aug 18 Revised floor and ceiling rate are BDT 0.45/Min and BDT 2/Min respectively New Interconnection rate for off-net call is BDT 0.14/Min No pricing differentiation allowed for on-net and off-net calls in any customer offer 23 Mobile Number Portability Services (MNPS) Revised date of commercial launch is 1 Oct 18 Transfer charge on MNOs on top of porting charge from subscribers
