He has two college degrees, is NATE Certified and is the Manager of the RSC Technical Support and Training Department. BILL MODICA AKRON & VALLEY VIEW Graduate of West Side Institute of Technology, Bill has 35 years in HVAC as a Technician, Service Manager, Branch Manager and Sales Professional. He is currently a Technical Service Advisor for Refrigeration Sales Corporation in Northeast Ohio. RICK ROGERS COLUMBUS Rick has 20 years of field experience, graduated from Columbus State, and is RSC s Service Manager for Central Ohio. He is NATE Certified in multiple specialties. BOB CHERVIN COLUMBUS A 30 year, NATE Certified industry veteran and graduate of Columbus State, Bob has owned his own HVAC company since RICHARD WIRTZ COLUMBUS Richard is a former professor at a Central Ohio technical college, who has extensive field experience in HVAC, and holds four RSES Certificate Member Specialist designations, as well as being NATE Certified.

This course will provide a technician the necessary skills to design, install, commission, and troubleshoot Carrier s i-vu Open System tier products as well as the i-vu Web front end. With well-trained installers, dealers will be able to make the transition from a contractor to a retailer who runs a sales-driven company. He has helper, installer, and installation team leader experience. He was a sales professional, sales manager, and managed both Installation and Service departments. He has experience in residential, commercial, new construction and replacement markets. Settling on Service as his favorite department, Dave recognized the unique and profitable benefits of a well-run service department in terms of: Retaining quality service technicians and making a profit in slow periods Driving replacement sales through service referrals Leveraging a sound, profitable maintenance agreement program to establish a first-position competitive advantage that consistently drives new customer acquisition. Dave has a HUGE passion for working directly with Service Technicians and Installers on customer communication and soft-sales skills. Given his exceptional skills in this area, Dave has co-authored a new BDR coaching program focused on Service Technician excellence. 10
