In EFI Pace, drop-down lists throughout the system now display the entire text for all choices in the list. Wireless Access In EFI Pace, you can now connect via an iphone or ipod Touch wireless device using the EFI Pace application. The application is available for devices with the OS version 3.x or higher. 22 Accounts Receivable On the Client Access side of the EFI Pace website, updated versions of the Accounts Receivable In the Accounts Receivable module, the Sales report (sales-activity.rpt) now displays the sales amount as the total of all sales categories indicated as included in the sales figure in the Sales Categories fields. In the Accounts Receivable module, the Sales Activity report (sales-activity.rpt) now keys off of the Receivable and Receivable Lines objects. This resolves an issue where, if you use Sales Distribution in the Job Billing module, the system produced incorrect sales amounts. Purchasing Admin/User Quick Start Guide is now available. Estimating In the Estimating module, administrators can now elect by press type whether the run speeds for presses running by square feet or square meters should base the area to image on the run size of the press sheet or the flat size of the finished piece. The new field on the Press Type Detail page is "Flat Size Speed." If you check the box in this field, the system uses the flat size instead of the run size for the calculation. In the Estimating module, administrators can now enter press speed lines with quantities that include up to two decimal places. In the Estimating module, the Estimate Detail report (estimate-detail.rpt) now displays the paper unit price and unit of measure to the right of the Total Cost field. In the Estimating module, you can now use composite products with a roll stock inventory item on the job product type. On the Client Access side of the EFI Pace website, updated versions of the Estimating Module In the Estimating module, when duplicating an estimate, the system sets the estimator to the default estimator on the current system user's record, rather than using the estimator from the original estimate. In the Estimating module, when you convert an estimate to a job, the system now populates the inks on each Job Part Press Detail page based on the inks in the estimate General Ledger In the General Ledger module, the General Ledger Income Statement report (income-statement.rpt) now displays the GL Account Line (underline) on the report for accounts that have a zero balance. On the Client Access side of the EFI Pace website, updated versions of the General Ledger Accounts Payable In the Accounts Payable module, an unfortunate occurrence message no longer appears when you void a check from a previous accounting period. Instead, the system now prompts you for the accounting period and the date to use for the voided transaction. The default value for this element is True when not specified in the XML, to preserve backwards compatibility for all other existing customers. When you utilize the attribute as a child of a JobNote element, the system adds the job note and updates the JobNote.fromEstimating attribute from the XML. PrintFlow In the PrintFlow integration module, you can now duplicate routing templates in the EFI Pace application. PrintFlow Integration Admin/User Quick Start Guide is now available.
