1 i4wifi a.s. DISTRIBUTION REPORT OF TELECOMUNICATION PRODUCTS 2012 i4wifi a.s. started business in February The company acquired the operations of two market leaders: i4 Portfolio s.r.o. (active from 1994) and INWIFI s.r.o. (active from 2002). This report presents the business results for the year of 2012 January 1 st, 2012 to December 31 st, The total revenue in 2012 There are 3 main business fields of distributed products by i4wifi a.s.: Telecommunication products TELCO LED lightning products LED EV products - POWER i4wifi a.s. marketed pieces of hardware and components and ft. of cables. The total 2012 revenue reached USD $18,021,000 thus still making 19 % increase over 2011 revenue results. This great result confirms the i4wifi a.s. as leader of Czech market in Wireless and EV products with high market share in region of Europe Union. This result is best then ever was in history of i4wifi a.s. The average exchange rate of CZK/USD in 2011 was but the rate in 2012 was so the revenue in CZK currency is more impressive.

2 Increasing of Revenue starts at beginning of the year 2011 and still continue. Very intensive increasing was in the autumn season 2012 where the Wireless backbone links for 10 GHz and 24 GHz move up the Czech market. $ Revenue - compare $ $ $ $ $- Revenue 2011 Revenue 2012 This increasing should be predicted also in 2013 because of still higher quality of services provided by i4wifi a.s and prepared more interesting products. 3 Product sales share Wireless popular complete outdoor units in a/n Category make 38% of the revenue, followed by Mikrotik RouterBoards (15%), b/g/n (13%) where the AP/Routers are most included. The other various telecommunication products make 18% of revenue. 4 Based on the above data, the average selling prices of the various product categories were: Wireless an (CPE) - USD $65, Mikrotik RouterBoards - USD $66, AP/Routers USD $26.

5 Wireless products brand market share Wireless products dominate our distribution profile. The wireless products include several product categories: CPEs, AP/Routers, Platforms, minipcis, PtP links. In these products we specialize on several brands. These have dominant shares on the local market. Jirous 2% WaveCon 2% WaveRF 3% WAVEANT 2% A-MTK 1% % OF REVENUE Other 10% UBIQUITI 45% TP-LINK 8% MIKROTIK 27% The two leading brands according to the total revenue: Ubiquiti and Mikrotik make together over 72% of revenue. The high share of Ubiquiti is because of advanced and cheap wireless products specialized for the Wireless ISP s demands use the n high speed technology with TDMA system AirMax. The high share of Mikrotik is because of their products use very popular networking system RouterOS Mikrotik and also started to offer the complete outdoor units with n technology and own TDMA system Nv2. These brands are competitors. Ubiquiti starts make products for hard-ended wired Networks and Mikrotik starts make also the complete outdoor units. So this increasing rivalry is very beneficial for the market. Products of TP-LINK are specialized for home and small office wireless AP/Routers, switches and fiber products.

6 Bestsellers in 2012 By the most selled product see that the Ubiquiti NanoStation Loco M5 and bigger version - NanoStation M5 take the first places and hold these places from 2011 followed by the SOHO Wi-Fi router TP-LINK TL-WR741ND which changed the EOL AP/Router WA-2204A. Following charts show the products with significant effect to the revenue. NanoStations M are not only with significant effect to the total revenue. The year 2012 was marked by many new and important products such as PtP links PowerBridge M10 for 10 GHz band and AirFiber AF24 for 24 GHz bands. Because of both bands are unlicensed in Czech Republic and both products brings high speed with low cost they started very favorite early.

Mikrotik made in 2012 many variants models of basic series with only small different so there is very popular unit SXT with 10% share but more over 50% of many various products with small share are in the other category. There are many models of manageable switches in the other category.

9 Wireless products total results In 2012 i4wifi a.s. distributed the total of units of radio products based on (Wi-Fi) standards. There are changes every year in the using of the specific standards of the technology. See following charts. FREQUENCY BAND SHARE b/g/n (2,4 GHz); 6% 11b/g (2,4 GHz); 27% 11a (5 GHz); 31% 11a/n (5 GHz); 36% There is still increasing share of an (5 GHz) products caused by Ubiquiti and Mikrotik outdoor units with n support and AirMAX or Nv2 technology. The 11b/g/n products are for home and office using and there is also higher share than the older standard 11b/g.

10 Go on doing business with i4wifi a.s We have a customer base of more than 1000 local wireless internet services providers (WISP) who regularly buy the networking equipment from us. In addition to ISP and WISP clients we have other business customers who buy networking components to install or sell to their customers. As an extension to our activities in Czech, we also supply hardware to neighboring countries Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Italy and many others countries around all world. We have sq fts of warehouse area, our own technical service department, training center and customer support center. In order to meet the needs we develop and market our own products designed either by our own staff or by partner subcontractors. Such products include special design antennas, microwave splitters and microwave point-to-point links. i4wifi a.s. obtain the CEKIA Stability Award evaluate the stability of company and awards grade by the financial and non-financial indexes. We were awarded by the best grade AAA+ means excellent stability which has only 8% of Czech companies. Future We see the possibilities in wireless control and Machine-to-Machine systems and high potential in security systems and advance analytic functions at IP cameras and alarms.
