6 Panorama: Manage the Connected Home Panorama s remote management software and Customer Support Representative (CSR) application deals with the connected home as a whole, on its services, applications and devices. Based on the real-life experience of both NDS and Jungo, its management capabilities go beyond common ACS, enabling better and faster fault discovery, analysis and resolution. Panorama s strength lies in its CSR application.
