Junos Genius is Juniper Networks Education Services continuous learning platform and app. It was designed to help you learn Juniper technologies and to prepare you for the Juniper Networks Certification Program (JNCP) exams. The platform provides resources and courses developed by Juniper technology experts that cover topics such as automation, routing, switching, security, and more. The latest version of Junos Genius allows you to access the content from the platform of your choice with cross-device functionality. How can I access the Junos Genius platform? To access the Junos Genius platform on a desktop, laptop, or mobile browser, go to To access on a mobile device by means other than the browser, download the app. How do I download the Junos Genius app? The app is available for download from itunes and Google Play. What learning assets are available on Junos Genius? The following learning assets are available on Junos Genius. Hardware Overview and Deployment Courses The hardware overview and deployment courses provide a high-level overview of Juniper hardware platforms and step-by-step instructions on how to install and maintain those platforms. 2 JNCP Practice Tests The JNCP practice tests allow users to gauge their understanding of the topics covered on the actual exams. Designed by the same SMEs who develop the live JNCP exams, these 65-item tests closely resemble the live exam items in format and difficulty level. You will receive specific item feedback upon completion of each test, which will inform you of topic areas where you may be strong or weak. Learning Bytes Juniper Learning Bytes are short and concise tips and instructions that provide quick answers, clarity, and insight into specific features and functions of Juniper technologies. Designed for immediate impact and taught by subject-matter experts (SMEs), these bytes will assist you in becoming more proficient in managing your network of Juniper hardware and software. On-Demand Training Courses On-Demand Training courses provide self-paced, Web-delivered instruction along with access to real online lab exercises. You will perform the same detailed lab exercises taught in our instructor-led classes ensuring that you receive the same level of knowledge and skills transfer as you would in a traditional classroom environment; all without the need to travel or attend a live session. What are the Junos Genius subscription options? There are two Junos Genius subscription options: Junos Genius Basic and Junos Genius Plus. All users by default receive a Junos Genius Basic subscription and can upgrade to a Junos Genius Plus subscription at any time. 3 How much does a Junos Genius Plus subscription cost? All users receive a free Junos Genius Basic subscription. A Junos Genius Plus subscription costs $200 for six months of access or $250 for one year of access. How do I purchase a Junos Genius Plus subscription? To purchase a Junos Genius Plus subscription: 1. Navigate to any of the Junos Genius Plus Learning Bytes or JNCP Practice Tests within the Junos Genius platform. 2. Then depending on your device, either: a. Click the Upgrade Now button (website only); or b. Click on an asset tile to display the How to Purchase this Content window (app only) 3. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your transaction Note to see all of the Junos Genius Plus Learning Bytes or JNCP practice tests, click the Library link in the top navigation menu (website only) or click the Library icon in the footer (app only), and then select the appropriate folder. Can I upgrade my 6-month Junos Genius Plus subscription to a 12-month subscription? Anyone who has purchased a 6-month Junos Genius Plus subscription can upgrade to a 12-month subscription within the first 45 days of his or her 6-month subscription period. Note the cost to upgrade will be $50, which is the difference in price between the two subscription plans. The additional 6-months will be added to the end of the existing 6-month subscription. How do I purchase an On-Demand Training course? To purchase an On-Demand Training course: 1. Click the Library link in the top navigation menu (website only) or click the Library icon in the footer (app only) 2. Select On-Demand Courses from the Library and click the desired course 3.
