Please fllw the simple instructins belw t dwnlad yur JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP r yur JNCIE ecertificates. Instructins in Brief Detailed instructins belw Step 1: G t CertManager, and make sure yur primary address is yur Juniper Netwrks address. Make nte f yur first and last name and yur CertManager I.D. because yu need this in Step 2. Step 2: Update yur Juniper Netwrks Emplyee Learning Prtal user accunt with yur first and last name and CertManager I.D. (see Step 1). NOTE: A Juniper Netwrks Learning Prtal user accunt has been autmatically created fr ALL emplyees. Yu access the Learning Prtal via single sign-n with yur Juniper Netwrks Windws lgin credentials. Step 2: T update yur existing user accunt n the Juniper Netwrks Learning Prtal, g t Step 2B belw. Step 3: View yur active ecertificates in yur user accunt My Histry. 2 < Enter Dcument Title > DETAILED ecertifcates DOWNLOAD AND PRINT INSTRUCTIONS Please allw 5 t 7 business days frm the date f yur exam fr yur ecertificates t becme available in yur Juniper Netwrks Learning Prtal user accunt. Step 1: G t CertManager, lgin t yur accunt, and d the fllwing: Nte: If yu are new t Juniper certificatins, CertManager will send yu an accunt activatin . Fllw the instructins t set up yur accunt and then lgin t CertManager. We recmmend yu cut and paste this infrmatin directly frm yur CertManager accunt int yur Learning Prtal accunt. Make nte f exactly hw yur first and last name is displayed Make nte f yur CertManager I.D. This number is t the right f yur name and yu will need t enter this number int yur Juniper Netwrks Learning Prtal user accunt. Ensure yur primary address registered in CertManager is yur Juniper Netwrks address If yur primary address is already registered as yur Juniper Netwrks address, prceed t Step 2. If yu need t update yur primary address t yur Juniper Netwrks address, please allw up t 24 hurs befre prceeding t Step 2 t allw yur ecertificate t appear in the Learning Prtal. Step 2A: Click n Lg In at the tp right f the Learning Prtal Hme Page. Next, click n Juniper Emplyees: Enter here Then, n the single sign-n screen, enter yur Juniper Netwrks Windws lgin credentials. 4 Step 2B: T access yur ecertificates, yu must update yur existing user accunt with yur CertManager I.D. in the Juniper Netwrks Learning Prtal by fllwing the steps belw: Then g t My Prfile Then, g t Edit My Cntact Infrmatin and update the fields belw. We recmmend yu cpy and paste this infrmatin frm yur CertManager accunt t yur Learning Prtal accunt. Update First Name and Last Name Enter yur CertManager I.D. and yur first name and last name as it appears in CertManager Make sure yur address is yur Juniper Netwrks address Hit Update Juniper Netwrks, Inc. 4

5 < Enter Dcument Title > Step 3: T Access yur ecertificates Frm any page in the Learning Prtal, n the tp right f yur screen, d the fllwing: Click n My Histry Then, In the Display Drp Dwn List, click n JNCP Certificates Yu ll see all yur active ecertificates names listed. NOTE: If yu have a credential that has expired, yu will nt see it appear as an ptin fr yu t print. Only active certificatins are available t yu. Step 4: T Dwnlad and Print yur ecertificates Under each ecertificate credential name, yu click n View Certificate Open the certificate and either print it directly frm the prtal r yu can dwnlad it and print it frm yur cmputer.
