1 EVOTEK ADVANCED CEILING TECHNOLOGY The EVOClean is a modular ceiling system with standard grid dimensions and components.the flexibility of the system is advantageous in the design of clean areas and the use of standard components results in an economical solution for installations large or small. APPLICATION The EVOClean is a non walk-on suspended ceiling system designed specifically for cleanroom applications. The integrated LED lighting results in a completely flush finish for easy cleaning, with the absence of grooves and crevices preventing any build up of dirt and risk of contamination.

2 C L E A N S Y S T E M S The Astra Solid Panels are designed for use in areas where extremely heavy loads are to be placed. The unique rib structure provides optimum weight disperison to achieve minimum deflection and maximum load-bearing capacities for placement of manufacturing equipment and tool moves-ins. The Astra Perforated Panels are designed to provide a smooth air flow from the ceiling to the floor with 1,296 or 1,024 chamfered holes. The holes provide nominal 18 ~ 38% open area in a non-directional pattern for airflow requirements. The Astra Grating Panels are designed for the areas where maximum airflow is required, and have grid patterns which generates a minimum vibration from rolling loads and foot traffic. These can also be interchangeable with solid and perforated panels. Acrylic Insert Panels - these are used as Vision or Access Panels, which are produced to the customer s specified size to allow you to see beneath the panel from above, or to allow easy access. Stainless Steel Panels - these 1.2mm (T) stainless steel (SUS) finished panels are effectively used for the movement path of automated guided vehicles (AGV), and prevents scratches on the surface of the panels.

3 C L E A N S Y S T E M S The 56mm aluminium main and cross runners come with a sliding track at the cleanroom side to allow for suspended installation of teardrop lights, aprons or partitions with a T-bolt. The frame construction allows for standard grid modules of 600 x 1200mm and 1200 x 1200mm, however other grid sizes can also be provided. ACS-T56 ceiling grid has been developed to meet the exacting requirements of the cleanroom industry and is well suited to semi-conductor, aerospace, optical and high technology applications. Designed as a walk-on frame construction with high deflection strength, consisting of 56mm wide aluminium extrusion main and cross runners of identical shape, joined together with aluminium cross connectors.

4 The Astra Safestep luminaire is specifically designed for use in cleanrooms and clean areas such as in the pharmaceutical, food, micro-electronic and healthcare industries. It s unique design integrates seamlessly into composite panel ceilings and provides walkon protection, thus safeguarding personnel working above the ceiling. With a ridged, fully welded construction the Safestep luminaire is manufactured from corrosion resistant steel with a durable Ral 9010 epoxy powder coat finish. The luminaire is tried and tested to BS : Minimum concentrated load of 0.9kN as recommended for accidental walk-on protection. The Safestep luminaire is available to suit panel thickesses of mm, providing a smooth, easy-to-clean surface which is an essential requirement for sterile environments.

5 The front frame diffuser is securely held in place by the internal locking mechanism and is removed with a suction cup, eliminating the need for screws and offering reduced maintenance times. An access panel within the luminaire with quick release fasteners provides access to the ceiling void, avoiding the need of additional access hatches in the ceiling. The Astra Excel luminaire is specifically designed for use in cleanroom and clean areas in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences and healthcare industries. Designed to provide a flush finish with the ceiling, the Excel luminaire is easy to clean with concealed front frame fixings and minimal crevices which is an essential requirement for sterile environments. Fully adjustable side arm bracktets and quarter-turn fasteners keep installation and maintenance time to a minimum.

6 An access panel within the luminaire with quick release fasteners provides access to the ceiling void, avoiding the need of additional access hatches in the ceiling. All LED luminaires are also available with plug & play wiring options. The Astra Victor luminaire is specifically designed for use in cleanroom and clean areas in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences and healthcare industries. Easy to clean, with concealed front frame fixings and minimal crevices which is an esstenial requirement for sterile environments. Fully adjustable side arm bracktets and quarter-turn fasteners keep installation and maintenance time to a minimum.

7 This IP65 low profile 35mm suface mounted LED luminaire has a sealed TP(a) opal diffuser with option for 4mm toughened glass. Smooth front with minimal grooves and crevices for easy cleaning and a fully welded construction with LEDs and drivers mounted on a removable gear tray for ease of maintenance and installation. The Astra Senator luminaire is specifically designed for use in cleanroom and clean areas in the pharmaceutical, food and healthcare industries. Surface mounted luminaire with a low profile design and chamfered edges for minimum disturbance to airflow within the cleanroom. Available in a range of paint colours such as Ral 9010, 9001 and 9003, this luminaire can be finished in the same colour as the ceiling panels so that the luminaire blends seamlessly onto the ceiling.

The Astra Victor Exit Sign is an attractive recessed luminaire specifically designed for use in cleanrooms within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences and healthcare industries. The internal reflector and sign panel featuring matrix dot coating ensures that the 15 high brightness white LED clearly and evenly illuminate the safety sign legends whilst still providing a useful 25 metre viewing distance.

9 With an extended aluminium casing together with a removable gear tray compartment, the LFL LED luminaire can be mounted individually or in continuous rows.
